Coaching Is the Key 🔑

THE ALCHEMY OF ENERGY Video ended Replay video Embed Youtube Video   It's the Occult Sciences topic. When it comes to human life, it appears that coaching is absolutely needed in whatever you do. Compared to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything related to life — including eating, family planning, and even copulation.   The spiritual reason behind this is that a soul acquires knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. A soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of core vibrational value it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life changes — with the expansion of your consciousness and the enhancement of your knowledge. In this post, we will explore who the true coaches are, how to distinguish them from profit-oriented ones, and why the difference matters so profoundly. What is your movement? Everything about you is meant here. It is very important — because everything is moving.

Movement is the basic principle behind Creation. In other words, movement means change. Nothing else.

Change is the only thing in the Universe that does not change. Everything else is changing. You are changing every single moment. You are a new person every single moment. This is how your biochemistry works.

This article explores what movement is, what your movement is, and how movement connects you to the Universe.

What Movement Is

Movement is the act or process of moving or changing people or things from one place or position to another. The act of moving your body or a part of your body, or changing your mentality — everything is the move you make.

Everything is moving.

The Earth moves around the Sun in a nearly circular orbit, covering this route at nearly 30 kilometers per second — 67,000 miles per hour. The Solar System — including the Earth and the Sun — whirls around the center of the Galaxy at some 220 kilometers per second, or 490,000 miles per hour.

That means you are moving extremely fast — even while you are sleeping or sitting. Why can't you feel the Earth moving? Because you are moving with it, at the same constant speed.

The Earth spins on its axis once every 24 hours. Light travels at 299,792 kilometers per second. Light takes 499.0 seconds to travel from the Sun to the Earth. The Earth's rocks and mountains are also subject to movement through erosion, Earth movement, and weathering — which are comparatively slower.

Births and deaths, creation and destruction, happen every single second.

Movement makes everything possible. It is the process through which Creation is done, expanded, destroyed, and recycled. Everything — including you — is pure conscious vibratory energy, which is never lost but converted and recycled as part of Creation. This is how you are an eternal being.

What Your Movement Is: Physical and Mental

Your movement is the combination of both the physical and mental moves you make.

  1. Physical Movement: What happens when you move physically? The brain sends signals via the nervous system — including the spinal cord and nerves — to the muscles. The muscles contract to create movement. Your muscles work in conjunction with tendons and joints, which help your muscles move your skeletal bones. Movement is always the result of cooperation. Cooperation — not competition or conflict — is the purpose behind Creation. Movement is essential for keeping your system intact. You have to regularize your movement for better results. It is nothing but the exercise you have to do. Your physical movement affects everything — from blood circulation to digestion to metabolism to immunity. With movement, your body regulates hormone activity, detoxifies, and respires. Regular physical movement can reduce stress, depression, and anxiety — leading to a feeling of wellbeing. Every single day you are making cellular movements even without your knowledge.
  2. Mental Movement: Mental movement is the move you make to change the way you are. It can be done through the practice of meditation — and this is how you utilize your bioplasticity to change the way your biochemistry works. Always learn to share. You have come here to share rather than to hide. Avoid people with negative energy, and always build your life around your passion. Your sympathy, empathy, help, and service are the positive moves you make.

Love is the greatest level of movement you can make. Creation evolves only through love.

Stillness Is Also Movement

Many people believe that stillness is the opposite of movement — that when you are still, you are not moving. But this is a misunderstanding.

Even in stillness, you are moving. Your heart is beating. Your blood is flowing. Your breath is rising and falling. Your cells are regenerating. Your thoughts are arising and dissolving. Your consciousness is expanding. The Earth is spinning beneath you. The Sun is pulling you through space.

You are never truly still. You are always in motion. This is the nature of existence.

Stillness is not the absence of movement. It is a different kind of movement — subtle, internal, and continuous. When you sit in meditation, you are not stopping movement. You are simply witnessing it. And in that witnessing, you find peace.

Change Is the Only Constant

Everything changes. Nothing stays the same. The seasons change. The tides change. The stars change. Your body changes. Your mind changes. Your emotions change. Your circumstances change. Your relationships change.

Every single thing in the Universe is in a state of constant flux. And the only thing that does not change is change itself.

This is not a cause for despair. It is a cause for hope. Because if everything changes, then your pain will change. Your struggles will change. Your limitations will change. Nothing is permanent. Not the good. Not the bad. Everything is moving. Everything is becoming.

And in this constant movement, there is infinite possibility. Embrace the change. Embrace the movement. And you will find freedom.

Resistance to Change Creates Suffering

When you resist change — when you cling to what was, when you fight against what is, when you try to freeze the flow — you create suffering.

Because change is inevitable. It is the nature of the Universe. You cannot stop it. You cannot control it. You cannot prevent it. You can only align with it.

When you flow with change, you find peace. When you resist change, you find pain.

This is why the wise accept what comes. They know that nothing lasts forever. They know that everything is moving. They know that resistance is futile. And so they surrender. They let go. They allow life to move through them. And in that allowing, they find freedom.

 You Are Never Stuck

When you are suffering — when you feel trapped, when you feel lost, when you feel like nothing will ever change — it is easy to believe that you are stuck.

But this is a lie.

You are never stuck. Because you are always moving. Every moment is different from the last. Every breath is a new opportunity. Every choice is a chance to change direction.

Even when it does not feel like it, you are moving. Even when you cannot see it, you are changing. Even when you cannot feel it, you are evolving.

Nothing lasts forever. Nothing is permanent. And the very fact that you are still breathing means that something is still moving. And if something is moving, then anything is possible.

Your Body Is a Movement Machine

Your body is designed for movement.

It was not designed to sit at a desk all day. It was not designed to lie on a couch for hours. It was designed to move. To walk. To run. To climb. To dance. To play. To work. To explore.

Every system in your body — the cardiovascular system, the digestive system, the immune system, the lymphatic system, the nervous system — depends on movement to function properly. When you move, everything works better. When you do not move, everything suffers.

Your body is a movement machine. Do not let it rust.

Movement Heals

When you move, your body heals itself. It repairs tissue. It removes toxins. It reduces inflammation. It boosts immunity. It improves circulation. It regulates hormones. It clears the mind. It lifts the mood. It dissolves stress. It releases tension.

Movement is not just exercise. It is medicine. It is the most accessible, affordable, and effective medicine available to you. You do not need a prescription. You do not need insurance. You just need to move.

Walk. Stretch. Dance. Swim. Move. And heal.

Your Thoughts Are Movement

Every thought you think is a vibration. It is a movement of energy in your brain and your mind. It is a wave that arises, crests, and dissolves.

And just like all movement, it changes. It moves. It transforms.

This is why you are not your thoughts. Because your thoughts are always changing. They arise and fall. They shift and evolve. They move.

And you — the awareness behind them — remain. You are the stillness beneath the movement. You are the silence beneath the noise.

When you remember this, you find peace. Because you are not caught in the movement. You are the awareness of it.

Meditation Is Not Stillness

Many people believe that meditation is about stopping the mind — about making the thoughts stop, about achieving a blank state, about becoming completely still. But this is a misunderstanding.

Meditation is not about stopping thought. It is about witnessing thought. It is not about stopping movement. It is about observing movement.

In meditation, you do not try to silence the mind. You simply watch the mind as it moves. You observe the thoughts as they arise and fall. You watch the emotions as they come and go. You do not resist. You do not cling. You simply witness.

And in that witnessing, you discover the still point within the movement. The peace within the noise. The presence within the activity.

Meditation is not the absence of movement. It is the awareness of movement.

Love Is the Highest Movement

Love is not just an emotion. It is a force. It is the energy that created the Universe. It is the vibration that holds all things together. It is the movement that sustains creation.

When you love, you align with the highest frequency in the Universe. You move in harmony with the divine. You become a channel for the creative force.

This is why love is so powerful. This is why love is so healing. This is why love is so transformative.

Love is not something you feel. It is something you do. It is something you become. It is the movement of the soul toward its source. It is the movement of home.

Your Next Step

To incorporate more movement into your life:

  • Find activities you enjoy — walking, stretching, yoga, or dancing.
  • Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week.
  • Take breaks from sitting throughout the day — stand, stretch, or walk for a few minutes every hour.
  • Use movement to clear your mind and reduce stress.
  • Practice mindful movement — pay attention to how your body feels as you move.

Movement is not just about physical fitness. It is about mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual connection.
