And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. Who are the coaches: Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. This is where the physical coaching is required. The coaches can be of two types; those who have been successful in life via their own specific strategies. These people can coach you in different aspects, for example a coach who teaches you how to do digital marketing or investment in stock markets. The second category of coaches are way more important as they can be called as the inborn teachers. Their skills are not accumulated via this birth cycle, but their skills are molded up via multiple past birth cycles. The example of such coaches can be spiritual ones, language experts, musical or painting experts. A soul acquires knowledge from different birth cycles. Those souls who became coaches from this birth cycles make their coaching more profit oriented. It's not the problem of a soul, but the problem with the soul's evolution. With the sense of separation, whatever you do turns out to be more self centered. A student from a coach who is more profit oriented literally gets less benefits as the student is used as a client to make cash. But when you are under a coach who does have spiritual evolution and inborn teaching skills via multiple birth cycles, not only the course, you are looking for, but your life itself gets transformed. This happens because their coaching is more result oriented with service mentality. Service orientation is actually the spiritual signature, a soul acquired via multiple birth cycles of evolution.
Difference in terms of approach: You can easily recognize the two categories of aforementioned coaches especially when it comes to the different approach they have towards you. The coaches who are more profit oriented can also be more selfish by approach. Here, such coaches provide you with coaching for nominal purpose and their target is not your benefit but their profit. Whatever you get more focused stands more improved. What here it means is that the profit oriented coaches are focused more on their selfish motives of making more cash. In such a situation, they improve only their skills or techniques to make more cash out of you and they can be experts in designing strategies in terms of how to extract additional income from you guys. They don't literally care whether you get any benefits or progress from their course or service they offer. Here, you find yourself at the receiving end of suffering as your time and energy is wasted and you are never given what you actually looked for and you have to be in search of another coach or continue with the same coach for their extended course, designed for making you suffer a little bit more. In the mean time, a service oriented coach is more focused on your benefits rather than their profit. Such a coach gives you immense value and you even get tips and guidance based on your life too. Their course can be strategically designed for your benefits, with which you tend to receive more quality than you have ever expected.
