Coaching Is the Key 🔑

THE ALCHEMY OF ENERGY Video ended Replay video Embed Youtube Video   It's the Occult Sciences topic. When it comes to human life, it appears that coaching is absolutely needed in whatever you do. Compared to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything related to life — including eating, family planning, and even copulation.   The spiritual reason behind this is that a soul acquires knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. A soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of core vibrational value it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life changes — with the expansion of your consciousness and the enhancement of your knowledge. In this post, we will explore who the true coaches are, how to distinguish them from profit-oriented ones, and why the difference matters so profoundly. Who the Coaches Are Even though you yourself are the real coach in your ...

The Suffering

Have you ever wondered why you are suffering?

Suffering comes mainly from two reasons. The first is a lack of proper awareness about your true self. You do not know why you have been here or what to do with your life. You think you are a body with a lot of limitations.

The subliminal misprogramming you have been exposed to since childhood blocks your progress. It makes you less confident and more fearful. You think you cannot achieve many things because you are not skilled enough. You create a reality that makes you suffer every single day. You portray yourself as inferior — and, as a result, you receive the same inferior treatment from outside.

Suffering happens when you allow yourself to be exposed to it. That is how you miss opportunities and fail to make strong decisions. Such a life makes you suffer more because you have no ideas of your own — you follow what others say or do. You get a job you do not like, and fear clouds your mind with negativity.

You are here to evolve by solving the problems around you. Take lessons from your experience and drive your life the way you want.

This article explores the karmic dimension of suffering, the volunteer souls who take on collective pain, and the practical path out.

Karmic Bondage

The second reason for suffering is bad karma extended into this life. If the volume of your negative karma is beyond the capacity of your soul to bear in a limited lifespan, it is likely to extend to your next incarnation. Karmic bondage can make you a sufferer.

But you are capable of nullifying the effects of karma if you live a positively polarized life with a service-to-others mentality. You can also use your free will in this regard. You are the true meaning behind your life, and you can plan your life the way you want.

If you are on the optimal path, you can free yourself from the struggles in life.

The Volunteer Souls

Some evolved souls from higher grades take volunteer avatars of suffering to burn the collective negative vibratory effect of the planet.

In other words, your collective negative karma is shared by these evolved souls who are born with fatal diseases, severe deformities, or penury — with the sole purpose of strengthening the vibration of the entire planet and purifying themselves further.

Suffering, believe it or not, is your actual evolutionary signature. It always enhances your productivity and creativity. Only bold souls volunteer births of suffering to burn the collective karma.

Only through suffering do you learn the true qualities of love, empathy, mutual respect, and cooperation. Pleasure is the price of your suffering — the real lesson of a simulated environment. Suffering ends the moment you use it as a force to come forward and create your new reality.

Always remember: if you are able to undergo suffering, you are capable of changing it as well.

Suffering Is Not Punishment

Many people believe that suffering is a sign that they have done something wrong — that God is angry with them, that the Universe is judging them, that they deserve what is happening to them.

This belief is not only false — it is harmful. It adds shame to pain. It adds guilt to grief. It makes suffering worse. Suffering is not punishment. It is feedback. It is a signal that something needs to change. It is an invitation to grow. It is a teacher. And like all teachers, it is not here to hurt you — it is here to help you.

When you understand this, your relationship with suffering transforms. You stop resisting it. You stop resenting it. You start listening to it. And when you listen, you learn.

Resistance Makes Suffering Worse

When you resist what is happening — when you fight against reality, when you refuse to accept what is, when you cling to how things should be — you create more suffering. The pain is inevitable. The resistance is optional. And it is the resistance that amplifies the pain.

Think of it like this: if you are caught in a current, fighting it will exhaust you and pull you under. But if you relax and flow with it, you can navigate it. The same is true of suffering. When you resist it, you suffer more. When you accept it, you suffer less.

This does not mean you become passive. It means you stop wasting energy on fighting what cannot be changed. You save that energy for what can be changed.

Acceptance is not resignation. It is wisdom.

Suffering Is a Gateway to Awakening

Many people do not begin their spiritual journey until they have suffered. It is the pain of life that drives them to seek answers. It is the broken heart that opens them to love. It is the loss that teaches them what matters. It is the failure that shows them the way.

Suffering breaks through the illusions. It shatters the ego. It strips away the superficial. It leaves you with what is real.

And in that place of raw vulnerability, something awakens. Something deeper than the mind. Something that was always there but hidden by the noise of life. Suffering is not the opposite of awakening. It is often the doorway.

You Must Stop Asking "Why Me?"

When you ask "Why me?" you are asking the wrong question. You are implying that you are being singled out — that the Universe has chosen you for punishment. But suffering is universal. Everyone suffers. Everyone loses. Everyone fails. Everyone experiences pain.

Asking "Why me?" separates you from others. It makes you a victim. It isolates you.

A better question is: "What is this teaching me?"

This question opens the door to growth. It transforms suffering from a curse into a lesson. It puts you in a position of power rather than victimhood. The moment you stop asking "Why me?" and start asking "What is this teaching me?" — everything changes.

Your Pain Has a Purpose

Your pain is not random. It is not meaningless. It is not a mistake. It is part of your curriculum. It is part of the lesson you came here to learn.

The wound you carry is the doorway to your greatest gift. The struggle you face is preparing you for a strength you do not yet know you have. The loss you have experienced is making space for something new. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is random. Nothing is without purpose.

Even the darkest moments of your life are leading you somewhere. Trust the journey. Trust the process. Trust that your pain is not the end of your story. It is the beginning of something greater.

You Are Stronger Than Your Suffering

You have survived everything life has thrown at you. Every loss. Every disappointment. Every heartbreak. Every failure. You are still here. You are still standing. You are still reading these words.

That is proof of your strength. That is proof of your resilience. That is proof that you are stronger than you think. And if you have survived the past, you can survive the present. If you have overcome before, you can overcome again.

Your suffering is not stronger than you. It is only a chapter in your story. And you are the author.

Self-Compassion Heals Suffering

When you are in pain, the last thing you need is judgment. You do not need to be told that you should be stronger, that you should be over it, that you should not feel what you feel.

You need compassion. You need someone to say, "This is hard. I see you. You are not alone."

The most important person to offer that compassion is you.

Self-compassion means treating yourself with the same kindness you would offer a friend who is suffering. It means acknowledging your pain without judgment. It means giving yourself permission to feel. It means remembering that you are human, and humans suffer. Self-compassion does not make the pain go away. But it makes the pain easier to carry. It softens the edges. It gives you the strength to keep going.

Be kind to yourself. You deserve it.

Suffering Connects You to Others

When you suffer, you become more empathetic. You understand what others are going through. You recognize their pain. You feel compassion. You reach out.

And in doing so, you connect. You realize that you are not alone. You realize that everyone suffers. You realize that suffering is the common ground of humanity.

The wound that once isolated you becomes the bridge that connects you to others. Your pain becomes your purpose. Your suffering becomes your service.

This is how you turn poison into medicine.

Healing Is Not Linear

You will have good days and bad days. You will feel like you are making progress, and then you will feel like you are back at the beginning. This is normal. This is part of the process.

Healing is not a straight line. It is a spiral. You revisit the same places, but each time from a higher perspective. You face the same fears, but each time with more courage. You feel the same pain, but each time with more compassion.

Do not judge yourself for the setbacks. Do not give up when it feels hard. Trust the process. Trust the spiral. Trust that you are making progress, even when it does not feel like it.

Healing is not a destination. It is a journey. And you are on it.

The Wound Is the Gift

The place where you were hurt is the place where you become a healer. The pain you carry is the medicine you have to offer. The suffering you have endured is the wisdom you have to share.

You cannot help someone with a broken leg if you have never had a broken leg. You cannot guide someone through grief if you have never grieved. You cannot teach someone about healing if you have never healed.

Your wounds qualify you. They give you empathy. They give you understanding. They give you the ability to meet others in their pain. Your wound is not a flaw. It is a credential.

Suffering Ends When You Stop Running

You have been running from your pain. You have been avoiding it, suppressing it, distracting yourself from it. You have been running toward pleasure, toward success, toward anything that will take your mind off the pain. But the pain is still there. It is waiting for you. And it will keep waiting until you turn and face it.

The moment you stop running — the moment you sit with your pain, feel it fully, and listen to what it has to say — something shifts. The pain begins to dissolve. Not because you chased it away. But because you stopped giving it power over you. You stopped running. You started healing. Suffering ends when you stop running. Turn around. Face it. And you will find that it was never as big as you thought.

Collective Consciousness Can Reduce Suffering

Suffering is not only an individual experience — it is a collective one. The pain you carry is shared by humanity as a whole, and the healing you seek must also be shared. When humanity raises its collective consciousness, suffering can be reduced to the greatest extent possible.

Every time one person awakens, the frequency of the whole rises. Every time one person chooses love over fear, the field of collective consciousness shifts. Every time one person heals their wounds, they make it easier for others to heal theirs.

The opposite is also true. When humanity remains asleep, when it operates from fear, greed, and separation, suffering multiplies. Wars are fought. Poverty is tolerated. Cruelty is normalized.

The collective consciousness determines the conditions of life on this planet. This is why your personal awakening is not just for you — it is a contribution to the whole.

Every meditative breath, every act of kindness, every moment of forgiveness raises the vibration of the collective. And when enough individuals awaken, the tipping point is reached. The structures of suffering — the systems built on greed, exploitation, and division — begin to collapse.

A new world emerges, not because someone forced it into being, but because enough souls remembered who they are.

This is how suffering ends. Not through one grand revolution, but through millions of small awakenings. Not through fighting against the darkness, but through becoming the light.

How to Deal With Your Suffering

  • Change your mindset and know that you can create your reality.
  • Program yourself through meditation to be positive and more confident.
  • Follow your passion and build your life around it.
  • Nurture service to others and practice love — which is even capable of nullifying the effects of your karmic bondage.

Awareness Over Reaction

Suffering persists when you react to life rather than respond to it. Reaction comes from fear — it is automatic, unconscious, and repetitive. Response comes from awareness — it is deliberate, conscious, and transformative.

When you become aware of your patterns, you gain the power to change them. This is not about avoiding suffering, but about using it as a signal that something in your life needs attention.

Free Will and Karmic Release

Your karma is not a life sentence — it is a tendency. You have free will to choose differently. Every moment is an opportunity to create new karma — not by avoiding action, but by choosing actions aligned with your highest values. Service to others, practiced without expectation, is one of the fastest ways to dissolve old karmic patterns.

What You Can Do

To work through suffering:

  • Stop asking "Why me?" and start asking "What is this teaching me?"
  • Practice self-compassion — treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer a friend.
  •  Use meditation to reprogram your mindset toward positivity and confidence.
  • Follow your passion and build your life around it.
  • Practice service and love — the fastest path to dissolving karmic patterns.
  •  Remember that healing is not linear — trust the spiral, not the straight line.

Suffering ends when you stop running. Turn around. Face it. And you will find that it was never as big as you thought.
