Learn more: THE AFTERLIFE AND MEDIUMSHIP
The process of reincarnation is one of the oldest and most widely held spiritual frameworks in human history. Almost all religious traditions speak of it, and it has been the subject of serious academic study — including research into children who report memories of past lives. Within your own spiritual framework, reincarnation is helpful to your evolutionary cycle. It is a kind of re-evaluation you do to yourself.
Your body is the result of collaborative energy from your mother and father. But the activation of your body happens only when your spirit enters the body.
The development, shape, size, or stature of your body is linked with the way you formed your soul and the way you used your soul — the karmic bondage — from the previous birth cycle. Your karmic background plays a major role in how the body develops. If your karmic bondage is heavy, your body may come with innate deformities or diseases — which is the choice you made as repentance.
This article explains why you reincarnate, the two types of reincarnation, and how the cycle can end.
Why You Reincarnate
Most of you get reincarnated because you have not utilized your previous system — your body — to evolve.
Special missions. If you have a special mission back on Earth, you can choose to be reincarnated.
Positive karma. If your soul has acquired more positive karma, you graduate into higher planes with the signature of your evolution.
Mixed karma. If your soul maintains a combination of both positive and negative karma, you must be reincarnated as a human again to correct yourself. You have free will to choose the male or female system — but in your evolutionary arc, you are initially male and graduate into being female.
Negative karma. If your soul possesses more negative karma, you are drawn into incarnation either among the lower animals or as a human with more bad luck, fatal diseases, deformities, and suffering.
Suffering is how your soul learns. It is the fate you impose on yourself, because there is no other way for you to evolve in this process.
God is never responsible for your good or bad luck. You are the dispenser of your own destiny.
Repetition of negative birth cycles makes your soul and spirit negatively polarized.
The Two Types of Reincarnation
- Karmic Reincarnation: A negatively oriented life leaves you with negative karmic bondage, which blocks your evolutionary process as a soul. Your spirit awakens after death, and you see the entropy caused to your system while living. You volunteer for a life of repentance to correct your lessons. But once you enter the simulation, you stay forgetful of this — a result of the amnesia that is part of incarnation — and you often repeat the same mistakes. The process continues for a long time. This is called Karmic Entrapment. When you take a new avatar, your consciousness is filtered according to the body you are in. But you are capable of regaining consciousness while living. The amnesia helps you evolve further — if you knew everything, you could not make progress or gain new experience. You are on a self-imposed test — to see if you can regain the consciousness level to the fullest extent while operating out of a limited system. Only then can you join God, finishing this simulative game with a wealth of physical experience. Karmic Entrapment gives you repetitive negative birth cycles at the same level of consciousness, for a long time — until you get your spirit activated while living. The more negatively oriented births you have, the more time it takes for your spirit to awaken after death. Birth-related deformities, diseases, accidental deaths, murders, and extreme poverty can all be traced back to karmic bondage. In some cases, karmic reincarnation happens if you believe you left a mission unfulfilled and want to complete it. You can be reborn in the same family line if you wish. You can nullify the effects of karmic bondage through your free will.
- Non-Karmic Reincarnation: The Avatar: This is a totally different way of reincarnation, and it is done without any karmic bondage. This type is volunteered by a highly evolved soul who is ready to take an avatar in a lower density of consciousness — with the purpose of helping the less conscious evolve. These souls are ready to share the karmic bondage of the less evolved, to endure suffering, or to teach and contribute something to the evolution of the less conscious. They do this with pure love, because they never want to see their own extensions stay stuck in karmic entrapment. In some rare cases, it is difficult for their vibratory frequency to adjust to a different dimensional body. As a result, they may suffer from deformities, skin-related problems, or minor brain disorders — which they are willing to undergo. Even though these souls are highly evolved, they sometimes forget their true selves and the purpose of their birth after taking avatars in lower-density planes. In such a case, it is important for the community the incarnate belongs to, to reach the incarnate — physically or through visual means — and remind them of the purpose behind the birth. Most contactees or mediums belong to this category. If the incarnate is not made aware of the purpose behind their avatar, they may stay stuck in karmic bondage. But in the case of highly evolved entities, there is no need for external influence — they are born awakened.
If you are on the optimal path, you can choose to be liberated.
Why You Forget Your Past Lives
When you enter a new body, you undergo what can be called simulated oblivion — the forgetting that allows you to focus entirely on this life.
If you remembered every past life, every past mistake, every past pain, you would be paralyzed. You would not be able to make new choices, grow, or evolve.
The forgetting is not a punishment. It is a mercy. It is the gift that allows you to start fresh and learn without the weight of the past.
But the forgetting is not complete. The soul remembers. It carries the lessons, the talents, and the fears. As you evolve, you begin to access these memories — not as facts, but as wisdom.
You begin to remember who you are.
You Choose Your Parents
Before you were born, you were not a blank slate. You were a soul with a history, a purpose, and a plan.
As part of that plan, you selected the parents who would give you the body, the environment, and the lessons you needed for your next stage of evolution.
Some people have wonderful parents. Others have parents who caused them great pain. But even in the most difficult cases, there is a purpose. The parents who challenge you the most may be the ones who teach you the most.
The family you were born into may be the perfect classroom for the lessons your soul came here to learn.
Trust the choice you made. Trust the wisdom of your soul.
The Body Reflects the Karma
The body you have now is not random. It is not an accident. It reflects your karmic frequency order.
The challenges you face in your body — illnesses, disabilities, limitations — are not punishments. They are mirrors. They show you what you need to heal, what you need to release, and what you need to learn.
The body is not separate from the soul. It is the soul's vehicle. And it carries the imprint of the soul's journey.
When you heal your karma, the body heals. When you release your patterns, the body transforms.
The body is not your enemy. It is your teacher.
Some Souls Choose to Suffer
When you see someone suffering — someone born with a disability, someone living in poverty, someone facing one tragedy after another — it is easy to feel that something has gone wrong, that they are being punished.
But within this framework, some souls choose to suffer. They choose it as repentance for negative karma, as purification, and as a way to burn the karma that blocks their evolution.
This does not make the suffering less real. It does not make it less painful. But it does give it meaning.
The soul who chooses suffering is not a victim. They are a volunteer. And their suffering is the fire that refines them.
The Avatars Are Different
A karmic reincarnation is a soul returning to learn its lessons. An avatar is a soul returning to teach.
The avatar does not come because of karmic debt. They come because of love. They come because they see their brothers and sisters suffering — because they cannot bear to see their own extensions trapped in the cycle.
The avatar is a volunteer. A missionary. A savior. And the avatar's sacrifice is greater than most people realize — because they leave the higher realms, descend into the lower densities, take on the limitations of a physical body, and risk forgetting who they are.
They do it all for love.
You Meet the Same Souls Again
The people in your life now are not strangers. They are not random. They are souls you have known before — in other lifetimes, in other bodies, in other places.
Your soul family incarnates together, lifetime after lifetime, playing different roles, learning different lessons, helping each other evolve.
The partner you love may have been your parent in another life. The child you raise may have been your teacher. The friend who betrays you may be teaching you a lesson you needed to learn.
The connections you feel — the instant recognition, the deep love, the inexplicable familiarity — are not new. They are ancient.
Repetition Is Not Failure
When you repeat a birth cycle — when you come back to learn the same lesson again — it is easy to feel that you have failed, that you are stuck, that you will never graduate.
But repetition is not failure. It is practice. It is the way you learn, grow, and master.
Every time you repeat a lesson, you understand it more deeply. Every time you cycle back, you gain more wisdom. Every time you return, you come back stronger.
Repetition is a sign that you are willing to keep trying until you get it right.
Love Is the Key
Love is the force that created the Universe. It is the energy that sustains all things. It is the vibration that dissolves all karma. It is the path that leads to liberation.
When you practice love — when you give without expectation, serve without reward, forgive without condition — you align with the highest frequency. At that frequency, karma dissolves. The cycle ends.
Love is not just an emotion. It is a technology of liberation. It is the fastest way to burn karma. It is the only way home.
What You Can Do
To break free from the cycle of reincarnation:
- Cultivate love and compassion in your daily life. This is the primary path to liberation.
- Practice self-reflection to understand your karmic patterns and learn from past mistakes.
- Use your free will consciously to make choices that align with your highest values.
- Serve others without expectation of return.
- Meditate daily to connect with your inner self and clarify your purpose.
You have the power to transform your karma and create a more favorable future. By living with love and intention, you accelerate your spiritual evolution and move closer to liberation.
