Coaching Is the Key 🔑

THE ALCHEMY OF ENERGY Video ended Replay video Embed Youtube Video   It's the Occult Sciences topic. When it comes to human life, it appears that coaching is absolutely needed in whatever you do. Compared to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything related to life — including eating, family planning, and even copulation.   The spiritual reason behind this is that a soul acquires knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. A soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of core vibrational value it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life changes — with the expansion of your consciousness and the enhancement of your knowledge. In this post, we will explore who the true coaches are, how to distinguish them from profit-oriented ones, and why the difference matters so profoundly. The Mind

Learn more: THE SLEEP AND YOUR DREAMS

The mind is the most powerful instrument you possess. It shapes how you see the world, how you respond to life, and how you relate to others.

Three forces shape the mind in ways most people never notice. The first is the cosmos — the cycles of the Moon that govern your subconscious rhythms. The second is the internal state — the mental patterns, emotions, and beliefs you carry. The third is the relational field — how you perceive others, and how they perceive you.

This article explores all three. It is a complete guide to understanding what shapes your mind, how to master it, and how to use that mastery for connection rather than manipulation.

The mind is the illusory projection of the brain. When you take a body, your consciousness — which is your spirit — lies dormant inside, filtered through the brain's limited system. The mind activates as the interface between your dormant spirit and the physical world. It is not your true self. It is a projection — a temporary, filtered version of consciousness, shaped by the brain's survival programming. Your spirit is the source. The mind is the lens. When you remember this, you begin to see through the illusion and reconnect with who you truly are.

Part One: The Moon and Your Subconscious

The Moon Controls the Tides — and You Are 70 Percent Water

The Moon governs the tides. This is a scientific fact. Its gravitational pull causes the oceans to rise and fall in a rhythmic dance that has continued for billions of years.

Your body is approximately 70 percent water. Your blood is 90 percent water. Your brain is 73 percent water. Your muscles are 75 percent water. Your lungs are 83 percent water. Your heart is 73 percent water.

If the Moon can move entire oceans, what is it doing to the water within you?

This is not superstition. It is physics. The same gravitational force that creates high and low tides creates subtle shifts in the fluids of your body. These shifts affect your blood pressure, your cellular hydration, your lymphatic flow, and even your brain chemistry.

The water in your body is not passive. It carries electrical signals. It transmits information. It holds memory. It is the medium through which your emotions, thoughts, and subconscious patterns flow. When the Moon influences your body's water, it influences everything that water carries — your emotions, your dreams, your subconscious mind.

The Lunar Cycle and Its Phases

The lunar cycle is approximately 29.5 days. It progresses through eight distinct phases: new moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, last quarter, and waning crescent.

Each phase has a characteristic energetic signature. In spiritual tradition, each has a corresponding effect on human consciousness:

Emotions — During the full moon, feelings become amplified. Joy becomes ecstatic. Sadness becomes overwhelming. Anger becomes explosive. During the new moon, emotions tend to be more subdued. There is a sense of introspection and inner reflection. The Moon does not create these emotions — it amplifies what is already present.

Dreams — Lunar cycles are said to influence dream activity. During the full moon, dreams are often reported as more vivid, more intense, and more memorable. During the new moon, dreams may be more elusive or less accessible. The Moon's light affects melatonin production — which is why sleep patterns often shift during the full moon.

Subconscious mind — The subconscious mind operates on rhythm. It is responsive to cycles. It is influenced by light and darkness, by gravitational shifts, and by the subtle energies of the cosmos. The Moon is a powerful regulator of these subconscious rhythms.

This is why so many spiritual traditions honor the Moon. It is not because they were ignorant of science. It is because they understood something deeper. The Moon is a mirror. It reflects your inner world.

Scientific Studies on Sleep, Mood, and Behavior

Modern science has begun to validate what mystics have known for millennia. The evidence is mixed, but it is compelling.

Sleep — A widely cited study published in 2013 found that sleep quality decreased during the full moon. Participants took longer to fall asleep, slept for less time, and experienced less deep sleep. These effects occurred even when participants could not see the Moon — suggesting the influence is internal, not merely visual. [SOURCE: Cajochen et al., "Evidence That the Lunar Cycle Influences Human Sleep," Current Biology, 2013]

Birth rates — Some studies suggest that birth rates fluctuate with the lunar cycle. The Moon's gravitational pull may influence amniotic fluid.

Emergency room visits — Some research has documented increased emergency room visits during the full moon. Psychiatric admissions and violent incidents have been reported to rise during this period, though findings are mixed across studies.

Mood and mental health — Some studies suggest that mood disorders can be exacerbated by the lunar cycle. The Moon does not cause these conditions, but it may amplify them.

Biological rhythms — The Moon may influence heart rate, blood pressure, and hormone production.

A note on the science: The research on lunar effects on human biology is mixed and contested. Some studies find strong effects; others find none. What is clear is that many people report experiencing lunar effects — and whether those effects are physiological, psychological, or both, they are real to those who experience them. The article presents lunar influence as a spiritual framework with some scientific support, not as settled science.

Aligning With the Lunar Cycle

If the Moon affects you whether you are aware of it or not, the wise course is to become aware of it.

New Moon — New beginnings. The sky is dark, the Moon is invisible. Set intentions, plant seeds, start fresh. This is the time for goal-setting, planning, and initiating new projects.

Waxing Crescent to First Quarter — Building energy. Take action, overcome obstacles, build momentum. This is the phase of effort and commitment.

Waxing Gibbous to Full Moon — Peak energy. Completion, celebration, harvest. This is also the time to release what no longer serves you.

Waning Moon — Declining energy. Rest, reflect, integrate. This is the phase of surrender, letting go, and inner work.

Waning Crescent to New Moon — Lowest energy. Deep rest, introspection, preparation. Reset the energetic system for the next cycle.

By aligning with this rhythm, you learn to work with your natural cycles. You stop fighting against your own energy. You honor your need for rest during the waning phases. You take action during the waxing phases. You release attachments during the full moon. You plant seeds during the new moon.

The Full Moon Amplifies Emotional Intensity

The full moon is the peak of the lunar cycle — and the peak of emotional intensity.

Whatever you have been suppressing rises to the surface during the full moon. Whatever you have been avoiding demands to be faced.

This is why the full moon is such a powerful time for release. It brings to the surface everything that needs to be acknowledged and let go.

If you approach the full moon with awareness, it becomes a healing window rather than a crisis. You can use it to release grudges, forgive, cry, journal, and let go of what no longer serves you.

The amplified energy becomes a tool rather than a threat.

The Moon and the Soul's Transition

In Hindu astrology and spiritual traditions, the Moon is understood to influence the transition of the soul from the physical body.

The Moon's gravitational pull, at its peak during the full moon and new moon, is said to create an energetic shift that can trigger the soul's departure. Many people who are bedridden, elderly, or nearing the end of their physical journey are said to pass away on the full moon day, the new moon day, or within three days before or after these lunar events.

According to Hindu tradition, the phase of the Moon at death is deeply significant. Those who pass during Krishna Paksha (the dark fortnight leading to the new moon) are said to be more likely to be reborn on Earth — their karma not yet fully resolved. Those who pass on the full moon day or during Shukla Paksha (the bright fortnight) are said to be more likely to ascend to higher realms.

This is spiritual tradition, not established science. The patterns are described across cultures, but they have not been scientifically validated. The framework offers meaning to those who hold it — and that meaning matters.

Your Birth Moon Phase Shapes Your Personality

In this framework, the lunar phase you were born under leaves a permanent imprint on your personality — a vibrational signature that influences your temperament, your emotional patterns, and your life path.

  • New moon — Natural initiators. Introspective, intuitive, often carrying a sense of destiny.
  • Waxing moon — Builders. Driven, ambitious, action-oriented. They thrive on momentum.
  • Full moon — Amplifiers. Empathic, creative, emotionally powerful — often prone to overwhelm.
  • Waning moon — Wise ones. Reflective, philosophical, often carrying an old-soul quality. Natural healers and teachers.

Understanding your birth moon phase — in this tradition — helps you understand why you feel the way you feel, why you react the way you react, and what kind of rhythms suit you best.

The Moon and Women's Cycles

The average menstrual cycle is approximately 29.5 days — the same length as the lunar cycle. This is not coincidence.

Before artificial light disrupted natural rhythms, women's cycles were often synchronized with the Moon. Many women ovulated during the full moon and menstruated during the new moon — a pattern that reflects the Moon's gravitational influence on the body's fluids.

Even today, women who live close to nature or who practice lunar alignment often find their cycles shifting into sync with the Moon.

This is why the Moon has been associated with the feminine principle in nearly every ancient culture. It is not superstition — it is biological resonance.

Ancient Temples Were Aligned With the Moon

The ancients understood the power of the Moon far better than modern humanity does. They built entire civilizations around it.

Temples were constructed so that the Moon's light would align with specific pillars, altars, or chambers at specific phases of the lunar cycle. Stonehenge is aligned with both solar and lunar cycles. The temples of ancient Egypt tracked the Moon's movements. Hindu temples were designed to receive the full moon's energy on specific sacred days. In the Mayan, Incan, and Aztec civilizations, entire cities were built as lunar observatories.

These were not primitive superstitions — they were advanced scientific instruments.

The ancients knew that the Moon affects life on Earth. They knew that aligning with the lunar cycle was essential for health, agriculture, fertility, and spiritual practice.

Their knowledge was encoded in stone — and it has survived for thousands of years.

The Moon and Your Sleep Cycle

Sleep is one of the most obvious ways the Moon affects you — and one of the most scientifically studied.

Multiple studies have confirmed that sleep quality decreases during the full moon. People take longer to fall asleep, sleep for shorter durations, and experience less deep sleep.

What is remarkable about these findings is that they occur even when participants cannot see the Moon — even when they are in dark, windowless rooms. This means the effect is not caused by light. It may be caused by something deeper — the gravitational and electromagnetic influence of the Moon on the body's water and brain chemistry.

The Moon Is Called the Soul's Mirror

The Moon does not create your emotions — it reflects them. The Moon does not create your dreams — it illuminates them. The Moon does not create your destiny — it reveals it.

When you observe the Moon, you are observing yourself. Its phases are your phases. Its cycles are your cycles.

This is why the ancients honored the Moon with such reverence. They understood that the Moon was not separate from them — it was an external representation of an internal reality.

The Moon is the closest celestial body to Earth because it is the closest reflection of your own soul.

Part Two: How to Control Your Mind

What Your Mind Is

Your mind is a number of faculties working together — thought, imagination, sensation, memory, will power. It produces belief, desire, emotion, reasoning, and perception.

The mind is the projection of the brain. And your brain works like a programmable tool. This means your mind can easily reflect your programmed brain.

You Must Control Your Mind

Mind control is essential because your mind, left uncontrolled, has a tendency to run amok.

If you do not control your mind, it controls you. You get engulfed by your own thoughts and emotions. You cannot keep balance between them. The mind gives you a filtered vision of misperception — you fail to see the unity around you.

As your survival tool by default, the mind can engulf you so completely that you fail to see the truth behind. Left uncontrolled, it gives you a number of illusory aspects of life — the mirages of your mind.

How to Control Your Mind

Mind control can be done with regular practice. When you do something daily, you literally program your brain — and your mind reflects the program inside it.

  • A) Channelize Your Thoughts: Your thoughts produce your emotions and beliefs. Check and control your negative thoughts. The first step is to stop rumination. You can do this by channelizing your thoughts into something else. Sounds, sights, or smells can help divert your mindset. Listen to music, smell flowers, eat good food, go for a walk, spend time in nature. When you feel down, distract yourself from what makes you feel down. Call a friend, clean your room, cook a meal.
  • B) Nurture Your Intention:Your life mirrors your intentions. Nurture the intention that you are always under mind control. The moment you feel your mind wavering with thoughts, redirect those thoughts into your strong intention to change. Always redirect negative thoughts into your intention to practice mind control.
  • C) Practice Detachment: Detachment is difficult, but it can be practiced through regular meditation or lucid dreaming. Put yourself in a meditative mode for 10 to 15 minutes with the inner visualization that you have already started practicing mind control. When you regularize your meditation, you achieve the muscle memory for the necessary actions. With practice, you become able to practice detachment — the mental state where you are focused on yourself rather than on the circumstances around you, knowing that circumstances can easily change and you are the meaning of your life. You stay focused on the present. When you are concentrated on the present, you make your past and future better.
  • D) Avoid Self-Catastrophizing: Self-catastrophizing is distorted self-analysis made with heavily filtered consciousness. It is your tendency to exaggerate your problems, small mistakes, or failures. Understand that mistakes and failures are stepping stones for success. They tell you that you have a chance to improve or try something else through which you can be more successful. Meditation plays a key role here. Use your meditation to control and program your mind. Mind control becomes highly effective when you do it regularly. Circumstances are always changing. Move with circumstances and never let your mind get stuck in the past or future. Always live in the present.
  • E) Practice Love: When you practice love, your vibratory frequency reaches its best — which changes your biochemistry. The practice helps you achieve heart-brain coherence and hemispherical balance, which gives you control over your thoughts. When you have control over your thoughts, your consciousness expands.

The Mind Cannot Be Controlled by Force

If you try to force your mind into silence, it will resist. If you try to suppress your thoughts, they will return stronger.

The mind is not a wild animal to be tamed. It is a child to be taught. It is a friend to be understood.

The way to control the mind is not through confrontation but through awareness. When you observe your thoughts without judgment, they begin to settle naturally. When you acknowledge your emotions without reacting, they begin to dissolve.

This is the paradox of mind control. You do not control the mind by fighting it. You control it by befriending it. By understanding it. And then, gently, by choosing a different direction.

Neuroplasticity Makes Mind Control Possible

Mind control is not just a spiritual practice — it is a neurological practice.

Every time you redirect your thoughts, you strengthen the neural pathways associated with focus and self-regulation. Every time you choose not to react to an emotional trigger, you weaken the pathways associated with reactivity.

Your brain is not fixed — it is constantly rewiring itself based on what you practice.

This is why mind control becomes easier over time. The first time you try to redirect a negative thought, it feels impossible. The tenth time, difficult. The hundredth time, natural. The thousandth time, automatic.

You are literally building a new brain.

Meditation Is the Fastest Way to Master the Mind

Meditation directly trains the core skill of mind control — the ability to observe without reacting.

When you sit in meditation, you are not trying to stop your thoughts. You are practicing the art of noticing them. A thought arises — you notice it. An emotion arises — you notice it. You do not chase it. You do not suppress it. You observe it and return to your anchor — your breath, your mantra, your visualization.

This practice strengthens your prefrontal cortex — the part of the brain responsible for attention and self-regulation. It weakens the amygdala — the part responsible for fear and reactivity.

Over time, you become less reactive and more responsive.

How to Control Your Mind in Difficult Situations

First, pause. Do not react immediately. Even five seconds of pause can prevent a lifetime of regret.

Second, breathe. Take three deep breaths. Feel the air entering and leaving. This activates the vagus nerve and calms the nervous system.

Third, name what you are feeling. Say silently: "This is anger," or "This is fear." Naming the emotion creates distance between you and it.

Fourth, ask what you need. Do you need to speak? To walk away? To ask for support?

Fifth, choose your response. Do not react from the wound. Respond from the wise adult within you.

This is mind control in action — not suppressing emotions, but responding to them with consciousness rather than reacting automatically.

Consistency Is the Key

The greatest mistake in mind control is trying to do too much at once.

Five minutes of focused awareness every day is far more powerful than an hour of forced concentration once a week.

Make mind control a daily habit. Set aside a specific time each day — preferably morning or evening. Start with just a few minutes. Be patient. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back. Do not judge. Do not give up.

Over weeks and months, you will notice a profound shift. Your mind will become quieter. Your reactions will become more measured. Your inner peace will become more stable.

Consistency, not intensity, is the secret.

Part Three: How to Read Others Without Manipulating Them

What "Mind Reading" Actually Is

Mind reading is not a supernatural trick. It is a skill — one that can be practiced — of reading the signals other people are constantly broadcasting.

The brain is the projection of the mind. Your spiritual growth and your meditation practice make you more skilled at perceiving what others are transmitting.

Before you attempt to read someone, there are several things to take into account.

A) Nurture Analytical Observation

Observation is how you understand everything. Have patience to observe people and things.

Body language tells you more about a person than their words. It is the result of subliminal programming.

Paralanguage — the tone, pace, and rhythm of speech — reveals a great deal about personality. Sarcasm, for example, can signal that the person is not interested in what you are saying.

Eye contact matters. Eyes speak far more about intentions than people realize. The eyebrows also speak — people raise them when surprised, worried, or fearful.

Smiles matter. Look at the eyes when a person smiles. Crinkles at the corners show that the eyes are also smiling — mirroring genuine intention. A smile without crinkles is often polite rather than real.

Side glances often signal a wish to escape a situation.

Chin movement matters. A raised chin is a sign of thought.

Take generational differences into account. Each generation has characteristic features — for example, the current generation is more tech-savvy.

B) Nurture Smart Listening

Be a smart listener. Listen to what people say and what they do not say — and analyze.

Ask questions in a way that helps you find out more about the person.

C) Improve Your Vibratory Frequency

You are a pitch of energy with a unique vibratory frequency. You get results in life according to the way you vibrate.

Everyone shares the universal consciousness. The more you raise your frequency, the more expanded your consciousness becomes. With the expansion of consciousness, you get access to the mindset of people at a glance.

D) Regularize Your Meditation

Improve your focus day by day through meditation or lucid dreaming. Activate your pineal gland and practice chakric meditation.

Regular meditation raises your frequency and makes you capable of sensing people and things quickly. Such a meditative pattern helps you have hemispheric balance — freeing you from the emotional imbalance of the mind.

As a result, you become a good reader of people.

E) Reorganize Your Life

Your extrasensory perception becomes active only if you maintain a healthy body.

Regularize your exercise and eat healthy. Follow breathing exercises. Avoid alcohol and nicotine. Improve your concentration. Clear your mind by listening to music.

F) Practice Love

Love is the most important step. It raises your vibratory frequency, changes your neurochemistry, and expands your consciousness — so that you can easily read people.

The Ethics of Reading Others

Reading others is a powerful skill. Like all power, it must be used ethically.

The moment you use it to manipulate, control, or exploit another person, you create negative karma.

Reading someone without their consent is a violation of their energetic boundaries — even if they never know it happened.

The ethical reader uses their ability only for understanding, compassion, and service. They do not use it to gain advantage. They do not use it to invade privacy. They do not use it to manipulate outcomes.

Instead, they use it to see where someone is suffering and how they can help. They use it to understand what is not being said. They use it to sense when someone needs support and offer it without being asked.

This is the difference between a healer and a manipulator. Both can read. Only one uses the ability for good.

Before you develop this skill, ask yourself: What will I use it for? The answer will determine whether it becomes a gift or a curse.

You Already Read Others More Than You Know

You are already a mind reader — you just do not call it that.

Every time you sense that someone is upset before they say a word, you are reading them. Every time you know what a friend is going to say before they say it, you are reading them. Every time you walk into a room and feel the tension without anyone telling you what happened, you are reading the energy.

Mind reading is not a supernatural gift reserved for a special few. It is a natural human ability that most people have simply forgotten how to use consciously.

Your ancestors depended on it for survival. They could sense danger, read intentions, and communicate without language.

You have inherited this ability. It is wired into your nervous system. All you need to do is remember how to use it.

The Difference Between Reading and Projection

One of the greatest dangers is projection — mistaking your own thoughts and feelings for someone else's.

You may believe you are reading their mind when, in truth, you are projecting your own fears, assumptions, or desires onto them.

This is why self-awareness is the foundation of accurate reading. You cannot clearly perceive another person's inner world if your own inner world is cluttered with unexamined beliefs and emotions.

Before you attempt to read someone, check in with yourself. Are you calm? Are you neutral? Are you free from attachment to a particular outcome?

If not, your perception will be distorted.

The best readers are not those with the most powerful abilities — they are those with the cleanest inner state.

How to Read Someone's True Intentions

Words can lie. Intentions cannot.

Here is how to read someone's true intentions.

Watch their actions. Actions are the most reliable indicator of intention. What someone does consistently over time reveals their true nature far more than what they say.

Notice their energy. How do you feel in their presence? Calm, safe, uplifted? Or tense, drained, uneasy? Your body knows the truth before your mind does.

Observe their consistency. Do their words match their actions? Do they behave the same way in public and in private? Inconsistency is a red flag.

Listen to how they speak about others. Someone who speaks cruelly about others will eventually speak cruelly about you.

Trust your gut. Your intuition is your most powerful tool. If something feels off, it usually is.

Silence Reveals More Than Words

The most powerful tool is not asking questions — it is silence.

When you are silent, people fill the space. They reveal themselves in ways they would never do if you were speaking. They confess their fears. They expose their desires. They contradict themselves.

Most people are uncomfortable with silence. They rush to fill it. They say things they did not intend to say. They expose what they were trying to hide.

The skilled reader uses silence strategically. They ask a question, then wait. They listen more than they speak. They allow the conversation to have space.

And in that space, the truth emerges.

Reading Others Requires Boundaries

Reading others is a form of energetic contact, and like all contact, it requires boundaries.

You cannot walk through the world reading everyone you encounter. That would be overwhelming, invasive, and exhausting.

You must learn when to read and when to respect privacy. You must learn how to open your perception and how to close it.

Not all minds are safe to enter. Some people carry heavy energies, unresolved trauma, or even malevolent intent. When you open your perception to them, you risk absorbing what they are carrying.

This is why energetic protection is essential for anyone who reads others. Before you open your perception, shield yourself with a protective light. After you close, cleanse your field.

And always remember that you are not obligated to read anyone. Your gift is yours to use as you choose.

Reading Others Is the Path to Unity

At the deepest level, reading another person is not about gaining access to something foreign. It is about recognizing that there is no other person.

You and I are not separate beings exchanging information. We are one consciousness, temporarily experiencing itself as two.

When you read someone, you are not gaining access to something foreign. You are accessing a part of yourself.

The thoughts, feelings, and intentions of another are not truly separate from yours — they are expressions of the same universal consciousness that flows through all things.

This is why reading works. This is why empathy is possible. This is why you can feel what another feels.

The illusion of separation is just that — an illusion. Beneath the surface, there is only unity.

Use this understanding to heal the illusion of separation. Use it to bring others closer to the truth of oneness. Use it to serve the awakening of the collective.

This is the highest purpose of the skill.

Part Four: The Mirages of Your Mind

Your spirit lies dormant inside while its projection — the brain — is active. The brain works through its projection, which you call your mind.

The mind, more often than not, works through misperception.

Misperception is why you get a colored vision based on your limited senses — leaving you worried, upset, angry, jealous, envious, competitive, and comparing. You are subjected to the auditory and visionary illusions of your brain on a daily basis. This is why you make a whole lot of problems in life, being extremely self-centered.

In survival mode, you can cheat, abuse, or harm fellow beings simply for your advantage. This is how you get engulfed by the optical illusions of your mind — the distorted projection of your brain.

This section explores what your brain is, what the mirages of your mind are, how your brain functions, and how to be free from its tricks.

What Your Brain Is

The brain is the most complex organ in your body. It produces every thought, action, memory, feeling, and experience of life.

Your brain is a jelly-like mass of tissue containing one hundred billion nerve cells, weighing approximately 1.4 kilograms — about 3 pounds. It controls and coordinates actions and reactions, allows you to think and feel, and enables memories and feelings — all the things that make you human.

Your brain grows, changes, and adapts throughout your life. Patterns of brain activity shift when you sleep, but the brain is active 24 hours a day.

The brain cannot attend to two or more attention-rich stimuli simultaneously. Multitasking does not work.

You may have heard that you only use 10 percent of your brain. But a healthy person uses 100 percent of their brain. You use 100 percent of your brain to convince yourself that you use only 10 percent of it.

The prefrontal lobes are critical for executive reasoning and decision-making. Your learning arises from changes in the connections between brain cells.

What the Mirages of Your Mind Are

The auditory and visionary illusions your mind gives are, in total, called the mirages of your mind.

Even though they are not real, you believe them and follow how you are misled.

The optical illusions make you think that other people can read your mind — or that you are always being watched in a way that disturbs you. For example, if you have to deliver a public speech, the mind causes you to think that the audience can easily notice how nervous you are — even when that is not the case.

The mind can make you focus on your most embarrassing moments, giving you a false idea that the people around definitely noticed your embarrassment. It makes you follow orders from authorities, as it is fully programmable — and you sense a feeling of servility.

Sometimes your mind makes you think your life is not worth its value — especially when you compare it with others. You find yourself feeling worthless, and you may even think about suicide. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, please reach out to a crisis helpline in your country immediately — you do not have to face this alone.

If you are a reserved person, the mind can play tricks on you. You feel a false sense of being watched — and if someone laughs as they walk past you, it makes you worry that they noticed your weak points and are laughing at you.

The reality you make is always not quite right. What you perceive as reality is the result of your brain's complex integration of external stimuli — sights, sounds, tastes, touch, smells. It is not always accurate.

The Universe works far beyond it.

How Your Brain Constructs Your Reality

You perceive nothing in the actual present. What you call "the present" is built from the integration of many past steps. The flow of time is the succession of these integrations — disjointed but appearing continuous.

When you see an object, you actually see it only after light rays from it are converted into electric signals, and the brain turns those signals into the image you see. The process takes time — which means your vision is always slightly past.

Your hearing range is roughly 20 to 20,000 Hz. This is why you cannot hear a dog whistle.

Your misconceived ideas that you are not beautiful, intelligent, or efficient can be fortified by your brain unless reprogrammed.

Your brain cannot perceive the difference between your actual performance, your imagination, and your witnessing of someone else. This is why you feel the same emotion your hero feels in a film — even though you are relaxing on a couch.

Your ego is the distorted projection of your mind. It gives you a misperceived vision of separation and segregation. You start to build life around your selfishness.

Your vision becomes colored, and you start to dislike people. Your brain can distort the facts about people you dislike — making you more focused on their bad aspects. You cannot see the good in them.

Misperception gives you a superiority complex — the feeling that you are special or superior to someone else. This mentality causes trouble: clashes, racial issues, violence, gender issues, separation based on color, caste, and religion — even destructive wars.

Sensory Illusions of Your Brain

The brain receives approximately 11 billion bits of sensory information from your sensory organs and processes about 50 bits per second.

There is an overflow of information, and the brain struggles to analyze and process it all. As a result, the brain makes adjustments or takes shortcuts to gather the most relevant pieces of information — and this is what paves the way for visionary, auditory, and tangible illusions.

The brain works through signals of perception — which is why you can reprogram it.

Optical illusions occur when the brain makes inconsistencies, generated from disorganized perception between the real object you see and the shortcuts the brain takes to analyze what you see.

Auditory illusions occur when two sounds are played over each other and the brain creates the illusion of another sound or word.

Olfactory (smell-related) illusions occur when your mind produces the effects or feelings of a smell out of external stimuli or your imagination — and you perceive the smell even in the absence of its source.

Tactile (touch-related) illusions are possible through the disorganized perception of the visual cortex and the parietal lobe, which are responsible for tactile sensations.

How Your Brain Functions

The brain is not the perfect organ you think it is. It is your tool for survival.

It works exactly like a software system that you can reprogram anytime you want. What you have to do is the same as what you do with your smartphone. Install only the apps beneficial to you and uninstall the unwanted. This is how you get more space, which can be used for something else.

If you let your brain control you, it is more likely that you will make yourself a total failure in life. This is how you get negatively polarized — being criminals, drug addicts, abusers, assailants, prisoners, or terrorists.

It is sad that this happens — especially when you can control your brain and mind easily with a little focus.

Your brain does not produce your consciousness — and you can use your consciousness to control the brain and create the reality you want. Use your free will for this.

How can you be free from the mirages of your mind? It is entirely possible — and what you need is only a little focus.

Reorganize Your Life

Start your day with at least five minutes of meditation or lucid dreaming in which you instill yourself with more confidence and positivity.

Know that you are blessed with neuroplasticity — you can change the way your neurochemistry works on demand.

Keep yourself away from negative people. You will get negatively polarized when you try to resist them.

Maintain a healthy diet. Food can influence your mood. A diet containing fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress, which is produced from oxygen waste. Oxidative stress can damage brain cells.

Regularize your physical exercise — at least 30 minutes per day. Exercise increases blood flow and oxygen — very good for brain function. It improves concentration, memory, confidence, and mood. Regular exercise can reduce the symptoms of ADHD. It boosts dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels — all of which directly affect focus and attention.

Do things without procrastinating. Make friends instead of enemies.

Focus on yourself rather than on your circumstances. When you give extra focus to circumstances, you may have anticipation — which makes you more troubled than the result usually does — or you may be overly worried or stressed about outcomes.

Meditate every single day. This is how you reprogram your brain and get away from unnecessary fear, stress, strain, or aggressive attempts to survive.

Practice love. The practice makes you emotionally intelligent and activates your spirit in such a way that you are free from the tricks your brain plays on you.

Your Mind Is Not Your Enemy

Many people, when they learn about the illusions of the mind, begin to fear it. They see the mind as a betrayer, a trickster, an adversary. They try to fight it, suppress it, silence it.

But this is a misunderstanding.

Your mind is not your enemy. It is a tool. It is a survival instrument. It is a magnificent piece of biological engineering that has kept you alive and allowed you to function in the world.

The problem is not the mind itself. The problem is that you have been unconsciously identified with it. You have mistaken the tool for the user. You have mistaken the projection for the projector.

When you understand this, your relationship with your mind transforms. You stop fighting it. You start observing it. You stop believing it. You start using it.

And when you use your mind rather than being used by it, you become the master it was always meant to serve.

You Believe Your Thoughts

Your thoughts arise, and you believe them. Without question. Without examination. Without discernment.

You treat every thought as if it were truth — as if it were a command, a verdict, a revelation.

But most of your thoughts are not true. They are interpretations. They are projections. They are fears dressed up as facts. They are assumptions masquerading as knowledge.

The thought "I am not good enough" is not a fact. It is a belief.

The thought "They are laughing at me" is not a fact. It is an assumption.

The thought "I will fail" is not a fact. It is a prediction. And predictions are wrong all the time.

The key to freedom is to stop believing every thought that arises. Question them. Challenge them. Ask: Is this true? Is this helpful? Is this mine?

When you stop believing your thoughts, you stop being controlled by them.

Comparison Intensifies Suffering

When you compare yourself to others — their success, their appearance, their achievements, their lives — you create suffering.

If you compare upward, you feel inferior, inadequate, envious. If you compare downward, you feel superior, arrogant, disconnected.

Neither comparison is true. Neither serves you.

Comparison is a function of the ego. The ego needs to measure itself against others to feel real.

But the soul does not compare. The soul knows that everyone is unique. The soul knows that everyone is on their own path. The soul knows that value is not measured — it is inherent.

When you stop comparing, you stop suffering. And you start appreciating your own life for what it is.

The Mind Cannot Distinguish Real From Imagined

The brain does not know the difference between what is happening and what you are vividly imagining.

That is why a terrifying thought makes your heart race, even when nothing is actually wrong. That is why a sad memory makes you cry, even though the event is in the past. That is why imagining a lemon makes your mouth water. That is why watching a film makes you feel emotions, even though the events are fiction.

The brain responds to the images it receives, regardless of their source.

This is why the mind can create so much suffering. Because it creates scenarios that are not real, and you respond as if they were.

This is also why it is so powerful to work with the imagination. Because if the brain responds to imagined scenarios, then you can choose better scenarios. You can visualize peace. You can visualize success. You can visualize love. And the brain will respond as if they were real.

This is the power of the imagination — and it is the key to transcending the mirages of the mind.

You Are Not Your Thoughts

You are not the voice in your head. You are not the stream of commentary. You are not the fears, the worries, the judgments, the doubts.

You are the awareness that observes them. You are the silence beneath the noise. You are the presence behind the thoughts.

This is the difference between being lost in the mind and being free from it.

When you identify with your thoughts, you suffer. When you observe your thoughts, you are free.

The thoughts still arise. The feelings still come. But they no longer control you. They are just clouds passing through the sky of your awareness. And you are the sky — vast, infinite, unchanging.

You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness behind them.

The Ego Thrives on Separation

The ego is the false self — the identity built on the belief that you are separate from others, from nature, from the divine.

This belief in separation is the root of all suffering. It creates fear. It creates competition. It creates greed. It creates jealousy. It creates conflict. It creates war.

The ego needs separation to survive. Because if there is only oneness, the ego has no ground to stand on.

This is why the ego works so hard to convince you that you are separate — that you are better, or worse, or different.

But the truth is that you are not separate. You are connected to all things. You are part of the whole.

And when you see through the illusion of separation, the ego begins to dissolve. And what remains is peace.

The Present Moment Is Freedom

The mind lives in the past and the future. It replays old memories. It imagines future scenarios. It creates suffering from things that have already happened and things that might happen.

But the present moment — the actual present moment — is free of suffering.

Because in the present moment, there is no thought. There is only experience. There is only what is.

When you bring your attention to the present, the mind quiets. The illusions dissolve. The suffering lifts.

This is why mindfulness is so powerful. It anchors you in the present. It brings you out of the mind and into reality.

And in that reality, there is peace.

Your Reality Is Not the Truth

What you perceive as reality is not reality itself. It is your brain's interpretation of reality. It is a construction. It is a simulation.

It is shaped by your senses, your memories, your beliefs, your emotions, your conditioning.

Two people can look at the same thing and see completely different things. Because reality is not what is out there. Reality is what your brain creates.

This is not a cause for despair. It is a cause for hope.

Because if your reality is a construction, then you can reconstruct it. You can change your beliefs. You can change your conditioning. You can change your perception.

And when you change your perception, your reality changes. This is the power of consciousness. This is the freedom of the mind.

Meditation Can Help You a lot

Meditation is not about stopping thoughts. It is not about emptying the mind. It is not about achieving some special state.

Meditation is about watching. It is about observing your thoughts without being caught by them. It is about witnessing your emotions without being controlled by them. It is about resting in the awareness that you already are.

When you meditate, you are not doing anything special. You are simply returning to your natural state. You are remembering who you are. You are seeing through the illusions. You are waking up from the dream.

Meditation is not a technique. It is a homecoming. And it is available to you right now.

You Are More Powerful Than Your Mind

The mind is powerful. It creates worlds. It creates suffering. It creates joy. It creates reality.

But you are more powerful than the mind. Because you are the one who observes it. You are the one who directs it. You are the one who chooses what to believe and what to release.

You are the consciousness that the mind cannot touch. You are the awareness that the mind cannot affect. You are the presence that the mind cannot reach.

The mind is a tool. You are the user. The mind is a projection. You are the projector. The mind is a wave. You are the ocean.

You are more powerful than your mind. Remember this. And you will be free.

What You Can Do

To align with the Moon:

  • Observe the Moon each night. Even a few minutes restores your natural rhythm.
  • Track the lunar cycle on your calendar. Notice how your energy, emotions, and dreams shift.
  • Set intentions on the new moon, take action during the waxing, release during the full, rest during the waning.
  • Keep a lunar journal for three full cycles.

To master your mind:

  • Practice daily meditation — even five minutes.
  • Channelize your thoughts when rumination begins.
  • Practice detachment by focusing on the present.
  • Avoid self-catastrophizing.
  • Practice love to raise your vibration.
  • Be consistent — not intense. Consistency is the secret.

To read others without manipulating them:

  • Observe body language, paralanguage, and eye contact.
  • Listen more than you speak.
  • Trust your intuition.
  • Check your inner state before reading anyone — projection distorts perception.
  • Use silence strategically.
To see through the mirages of your mind:
  •  Question your thoughts. Ask: Is this true? Is this helpful? Is this mine?
  • Stop believing every thought that arises. Most thoughts are interpretations, not facts.
  • Recognize that your brain cannot tell real from imagined — so choose what you visualize with care.
  • Practice daily meditation to observe your thoughts without being caught by them.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others. Comparison is a function of the ego, not the soul.
  • Remember that you are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that observes them.
  • Return to the present moment — the only place where suffering lifts.
  •  Nourish your brain through healthy food, regular exercise, good sleep, and positive company.
  • Practice love — it makes you emotionally intelligent and frees you from the tricks your brain plays on you.
Your mind is not your enemy. It is a tool — a survival instrument. The problem is not the mind itself. The problem is that you have been unconsciously identified with it. When you learn to observe your mind rather than being controlled by it, you become the master it was always meant to serve.
