Coaching Is the Key 🔑

THE ALCHEMY OF ENERGY Video ended Replay video Embed Youtube Video   It's the Occult Sciences topic. When it comes to human life, it appears that coaching is absolutely needed in whatever you do. Compared to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything related to life — including eating, family planning, and even copulation.   The spiritual reason behind this is that a soul acquires knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. A soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of core vibrational value it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life changes — with the expansion of your consciousness and the enhancement of your knowledge. In this post, we will explore who the true coaches are, how to distinguish them from profit-oriented ones, and why the difference matters so profoundly. Who the Coaches Are Even though you yourself are the real coach in your ...

The Illusions of Your Reality

 Learn more: YOUR HIGHER SELF

Important note before you read: This article explores perception and reality from spiritual, philosophical, and scientific perspectives. It is not medical advice. The spiritual framework described here is a way of understanding your experience — not an empirically proven scientific claim. Some of what follows is settled science, some is open scientific debate, and some is spiritual tradition. The article is honest about which is which.

The way you perceive reality is not reality itself.

This is not a philosophical riddle. It is a simple truth that modern science has confirmed — and that the ancient traditions taught for thousands of years.

Your eyes do not show you the world as it is. They show you a filtered version of the world. Your brain does not receive reality directly. It constructs a model of reality based on limited information from your senses.

And that model is not the truth. It is a survival tool.

This article explores three of the deepest illusions of reality: the illusion of motion, the illusion of light and dark, and the illusion of space and time. Understanding them changes how you see everything.

Part One: The Illusion of Motion

What Motion Actually Is

Motion, the way you perceive it, is an optical illusion generated by the brain.

Your experience of motion is one of the many illusions your brain produces. Motion is perceived through memory update — the brain compares the current moment to a previous moment and infers movement.

The present moment is what actually exists. It is timeless and still. The illusion of movement depends on the illusion of time.

What is scientifically accurate: The brain does process visual information in a way that creates the perception of continuous motion from a sequence of discrete signals. Motion perception involves the visual cortex comparing frames, and optical illusions (like a fan blade appearing as a blur, or a film creating the illusion of movement) demonstrate this clearly.

What is spiritual tradition: That motion is entirely an illusion and only stillness is real. This is a spiritual framework, not a scientific claim. In physics, objects do move through space — but what physics calls "motion" is itself relative, and the deeper nature of change is still debated.

Why You Perceive Motion at All

Light enters your eye. Your retina converts the light into electrical signals. These signals travel to your brain. The brain interprets them, compares them to previous signals, and produces the perception of motion.

The entire process takes time. What you experience as "the present" is actually a reconstruction of the immediate past — the brain stitching together signals received milliseconds ago into a seamless flow.

Your eyes are designed to pick up only a certain part of the electromagnetic spectrum. The rest of the energy flow you perceive as empty space or darkness.

What Motion Reveals About Reality

What you perceive as motion is your brain's interpretation of sequential moments, connected by memory and expectation.

When you meditate deeply, you can experience stillness directly — a state where time dissolves, space expands, and you recognise yourself as the unchanging awareness behind all apparent motion.

This is a gateway to a different way of experiencing reality. You stop identifying with the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind. You rest in the awareness that observes them both.

Time Is a Creation of the Mind

You believe that time is real. That it is outside you. That it is passing.

But the experience of time is created by the mind. The mind creates the past by remembering. The mind creates the future by imagining. The mind creates the present by experiencing.

None of these are "real" in the way you think. They are constructs — ways of organising experience.

What is scientifically accurate: Time perception is subjective and shaped by the brain. Time appears to slow down in frightening situations, speed up in flow states, and feel distorted in meditation.

What is a genuine open question in physics: Whether time is a fundamental property of the Universe or an emergent phenomenon is not settled. Physicists continue to debate this.

What is spiritual tradition: That time does not exist at all and only the eternal present is real. This is a spiritual framework, not a scientific claim.

Stillness Is Not the Absence of Motion

Stillness is not the opposite of motion. It is the awareness of motion.

When you enter stillness, you do not stop thinking. You stop being controlled by your thoughts. You do not stop feeling. You stop being drowned by your feelings. You do not stop moving. You stop being identified with the movement.

Stillness is the ground in which motion occurs.

You are the stillness behind the motion. You have identified with the body, the mind, and the changing aspects of your existence. But you are the awareness that observes them.

When you remember this, you find peace in the midst of chaos. You find stillness in the midst of movement. You find yourself in the midst of everything.

Part Two: The Illusion of Light and Dark

Why You See Only a Fraction of Reality

Your eyes cannot pick up the infrared light that warm objects radiate. You can see only a tiny part of the whole electromagnetic spectrum — which is why you cannot see radio waves or gamma rays.

Light is made of photons. Photons maintain different wavelengths according to their frequency. Human eyes are designed to detect photons only within a certain narrow range of wavelengths — roughly 380 to 700 nanometers.

Materials absorb, reflect, and emit photons of different wavelengths. Most objects that absorb light re-emit it as heat. As a result, even though an object may appear dark, it is actually bright at a frequency your eyes cannot pick up.

Darkness is never the absence of light. Dark objects do not emit light that is visible to your eyes. All light is pure electromagnetic energy with a broad range of wavelengths — some visible, some not.

Your cat and dog can see things invisible to you because of their ultraviolet-detecting capacity. A python can see things invisible to you because of its infrared-detecting capacity.

Everything in the Universe emits energy or radiation. When the emissivity of something falls under the wavelengths your eyes cannot detect, you call it dark.

The Science of Light

Light, as you perceive it, is the combination of two forces of nature: electricity and magnetism.

Energy is electric by nature. When electric charges accelerate, a magnetic field is created. Electricity and magnetism can be united through motion.

Light is electromagnetic radiation that can be detected by your eyes. Electromagnetic radiation occurs in the Universe across an extremely wide range of wavelengths, from gamma rays to radio waves. Human eyes pick up only a narrow band of this spectrum.

Light interacts with matter through emission and absorption. Light energy can be converted into matter, and matter into light — this is mass-energy equivalence, demonstrated by E=mc².

Light has properties of both waves and particles. This is quantum mechanics — one of the most well-established and tested theories in physics.

Vision Is Slightly Behind Reality

Your vision is a reconstruction of the recent past, not a direct view of the present.

Light hits your retina. The cells convert light into electrical signals. Those signals travel from the retina to your brain, which turns them into images. The entire process takes time — roughly 80 milliseconds plus additional processing.

In other words, what you see is always slightly behind what is actually happening.

A note on numbers: Some popular sources claim "vision is 15 seconds behind reality." This is not accurate. The visual processing delay is measured in milliseconds, not seconds. What is true is that your experience of "now" is a construction — never a direct perception of the present.

The Illusion of Colour

Colour is a perceptual illusion.

In the quantum Universe, everything is molecular structure vibrating. Atoms are organised into molecules. What you experience as colour is your brain's response to electromagnetic photons colliding with the photoreceptors in your retina.

The photoreceptors work with a narrow band of reception. Many photons — X-ray frequency, radio frequency, infrared, ultraviolet — do not activate them at all.

Colour is your brain's attempt to sense the molecular composition of object surfaces. Neural processing converts detected visible light into colours. Colours help you distinguish different features of the environment.

The objects themselves do not possess colour in the way you experience it. They possess molecular structures that reflect, absorb, or emit photons of specific wavelengths. Your brain translates these into colour.

This is why colour perception varies between species — bees see ultraviolet patterns invisible to you; some snakes see infrared.

Colour is not a property of matter. It is a translation of vibration.

The Body as a Tool for Perception

It is your body that helps you see and hear things differently.

Without a body, in this framework, you can only sense vibrational movement. You see no shapes, no figures, no colours. Everything is the flow of energy.

With a body, you can experience physical reality in ways that are impossible without it:

  • You can see, hear, touch, taste, and smell.
  • You can feel the warmth of the sun, the taste of a meal, the touch of a loved one.
  • You can learn, grow, love, and serve.

The body is not a limitation. It is a remarkable tool — the vehicle through which your soul gains the experiences necessary for evolution.

Your body is not something to transcend. It is something to honour, care for, and use wisely.

Your Eyes Are Not Windows

You have been taught that your eyes are windows into reality. That they show you the world as it is.

But this is a misunderstanding.

Your eyes are not windows. They are filters. They are interpreters. They do not show you reality — they show you a version of reality shaped by your biology, your brain, and your conditioning.

They show you what you need to see in order to survive.

Because they are not windows, they can be deceived. They can be tricked. Optical illusions work precisely because your brain is filling in blanks and making predictions.

So do not trust your eyes blindly. Use them. But recognise their limits.

Part Three: The Illusion of Space and Time

Sensory Misperception

With a body on, you forget that you are a pitch of energy that can set its frequency order the way it wants.

You mistakenly think that you are a body. It is like a dream you have for a while. You are in an illusory world where nothing is real.

When you believe that you are a body, you experience sensory illusions — the mirages of your mind.

You perceive things according to the way you employ your level of consciousness. You get what you put out. The Universe aligns you with people, things, or life situations that match your vibration.

What is scientifically accurate: Your senses do filter reality. Air and water are continuous flows of atoms. The Earth, though it feels motionless, is moving relative to the Sun and the galaxy.

What is spiritual tradition: That everything is a "simulated effect and nothing is real, including your body." This is a spiritual framework, not a scientific claim. Physics describes matter as real, even if it is made of energy and mostly empty space.

Is There Empty Space?

In the spiritual framework, empty space is a sensory illusion. Energy is entangled and interconnected everywhere.

There is no particle A or particle B. Everything shares a single state. Separation viewed in different locations is your optical illusion.

What is scientifically accurate: Quantum entanglement has demonstrated that particles can be correlated across vast distances in ways that cannot be explained by classical local physics. This is real, tested science.

What is scientifically contested: Whether this implies "there is no space" in the way your draft described. Most physicists interpret quantum entanglement without abandoning the concept of space. The interpretation is still an active area of debate.

What is spiritual tradition: That separation and locality are pure illusion. This is a spiritual framework.

Is Time Real?

In the spiritual framework, time as you have learned to understand it does not exist. It is a human construction to smoothen life.

What is scientifically accurate: Time runs at different rates depending on gravitational fields and velocity. This is general relativity, confirmed by countless experiments. Time goes slower closer to the centre of the Earth. Time is genuinely not absolute.

What is an open scientific question: Whether time is fundamental or emergent. Physicists are actively debating this.

What is spiritual tradition: That past and future are just stories in the brain and only the eternal present exists. This is a spiritual framework, philosophically profound but not a scientific claim.

There Is Only One Being

In the spiritual framework, there is only one living being in the entire cosmos. That being is stationary. Everything you see is inside that being. Everything inside is in constant motion.

There is no space or time inside that being. All these moving multiverses lie inside the being.

Nothing is outside. Everything, including yourself, is not a part but full of that being in a unique way.

This is a spiritual framework — not something physics can confirm or deny. Science describes the behaviour of matter and energy. What it cannot describe — what no measurement can address — is whether all that matter and energy is the expression of a single conscious being.

What Gravity Is

In physics, gravity is described by Einstein's general relativity as the curvature of spacetime caused by mass-energy. Massive objects curve the space around them, and other objects follow the curves that are created.

Gravity creates stars and planets. Gravity keeps the planets in orbit around the Sun. Gravity distorts the passage of light — gravitational lensing is a real observed phenomenon.

What is spiritual tradition: Your draft described gravity as "the exchange of consciousness between different objects." This is a spiritual interpretation — not a scientific claim. Physics describes gravity as geometry, not consciousness. But the spiritual framework adds a layer of meaning that the physics does not.

In this framework, when you raise your vibration, you influence the curvature of your own energetic space, attracting experiences that match your frequency. This is the deeper meaning of the law of attraction.

Whether or not you accept this interpretation, the physical fact remains: you are not separate from the gravitational field. You are part of it.

The Illusion of Separation and the Unity of All Things

The greatest illusion you experience as a human is the belief that you are separate from the world around you.

This separation is not real — in this framework — it is a byproduct of the filtering process of your senses and brain, which interpret reality through the lens of survival and individuality.

The air you breathe, the water you drink, the trees that provide oxygen, the stars that light the night sky — all are extensions of the same energetic substance that you are.

When you feel lonely or isolated, you are experiencing the illusion of separation. When you recognise that you are part of a vast, interconnected web of existence, you experience peace.

What is scientifically accurate: You are physically continuous with your environment. You exchange atoms and molecules with the world around you constantly. The boundary of your skin is not a real boundary of self — it is a permeable membrane.

What is spiritual tradition: That this interconnectedness extends to consciousness itself — that you are one with all beings at the deepest level. This is a spiritual framework, not an empirically verified one.

Why You Chose This Life

In the spiritual framework, you chose this life.

Before you were born, you were a soul — an eternal being with a history, a purpose, and a plan. As part of that plan, you selected the circumstances of this life.

You chose your body. You chose your family. You chose your challenges. You chose your lessons.

This does not mean that life is easy. It does not mean that suffering is not real. But it means that your suffering has a purpose. Your challenges are not random. Your life is not an accident.

Trust the choice you made.

Death Is Not the End

You have been taught to fear death. To avoid it. To pretend it does not exist.

But in this framework, death is not the end. It is a transition. The release of the spirit from the body. The return of the soul to its source.

You have died many times before. You will die many times again. Each time, you have continued. Each time, you have returned. Each time, you have grown.

Death is not the opposite of life. It is the continuation of life in a different form.

Your Body Is a Gift

Your body is not a limitation. It is not a prison. It is a gift.

It is the vehicle through which you experience physical reality. It is the instrument through which you learn, grow, love, and serve. It is the temple that houses your spirit.

Without your body, you could not feel the warmth of the sun. You could not taste the sweetness of fruit. You could not hear the beauty of music. You could not embrace a loved one.

Your body is not something to transcend. It is something to honour, care for, and use wisely.

You Are Not Your Thoughts

Your thoughts arise and fall like clouds in the sky. They come and go. They change from moment to moment.

But you — the awareness that observes them — remain.

You are the sky, not the clouds. You are the observer, not the observed.

Most people live their entire lives identified with their thoughts. When a thought says "I am not good enough," they believe they are not good enough. But this identification is a mistake.

You are not the voice in your head. You are the one who hears it.

When you realise this, you no longer have to obey every thought that arises. You can watch them. You can question them. You can choose which ones to believe and which ones to release.

You Are Already Whole

You are not broken. You are not incomplete. You are not lacking anything.

You are a whole being — a complete expression of consciousness.

The sense of incompleteness you feel is an illusion. It is the result of the filtered consciousness. It is the result of the ego. It is the result of forgetting who you truly are.

But underneath all of that, you are whole. You are complete. You are enough.

Part Four: The Shared Thread

What do motion, light and dark, and space and time have in common?

They are all constructions of your mind. Not entirely — there is a reality out there. But the reality you experience is filtered, shaped, and interpreted by your brain. What you perceive is not the truth. It is a useful model of the truth.

They all follow the same principle: Your perception is a survival tool. It is not designed to show you reality. It is designed to help you navigate physical existence. And once you understand this, everything changes.

They all point toward the same insight: You are not your perceptions. You are the awareness that observes them.

The stillness behind the motion. The light behind the colours. The awareness behind the space and time.

You are not the content of your experience. You are the space in which experience arises.

What You Can Do

To see through the illusions:

  •  Meditate daily. The deeper your meditation, the more clearly you see through the mind's constructions.
  •  Practice silence. In silence, your perception sharpens.
  •  Question your senses. When you think something is "true" or "real," ask: Is this reality, or is this my perception of reality?
  • Recognise the filter. Your eyes, ears, and other senses are filters. They are not windows.
  • Look beyond the obvious. Colours, motions, and space itself are interpretations. What is behind them?
  • Spend time in nature. Nature teaches you to see what your conditioning has taught you to ignore.
  • Practise gratitude for your body. It is a remarkable tool for experiencing reality, even if it is a filtered one.
  • Remember that you are the observer. Not the body, not the mind, not the perceptions. The awareness behind it all.

You are not limited by your senses. You are the consciousness that uses them.

When you remember this, the illusions become gifts — tools for experiencing reality, not prisons that trap you in it.
