Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. You Are The Universe

Why the external Guru is no longer needed in your life?

What are you? It seems like a simple question. But it is perhaps the most profound inquiry a human being can ever make. For most of their lives, people identify with their name, their profession, their relationships, their body, and their thoughts. They believe they are a separate being living in a vast, indifferent cosmos. A tiny speck of dust. Insignificant. Temporary. Alone.

But what if this is the illusion? What if everything you have been taught about your identity is not just incomplete, but entirely backwards? What if you are not a small part of the universe, but the universe itself, temporarily experiencing itself through a human form?

This is not poetry. It is not philosophy. It is the deep spiritual knowledge. It is the convergence of ancient mystical wisdom and modern quantum physics. The sages of the Upanishads declared this truth thousands of years ago—Tat Tvam Asi (That Thou Art). Modern science now confirms that every atom in your body was forged in the heart of a dying star. The boundaries between you and the cosmos are not as solid as they appear.

In this post, we will explore the deepest truth of your existence. It is the occult knowledge. We will dismantle the illusion of separation. And we will guide you to the realization that you are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.

Who Are You Really? The Answer Will Change Everything.

The question "Who am I?" is the oldest and most profound inquiry in human history. It has been asked by sages, mystics, philosophers, and scientists alike. And yet, most people never truly answer it. They settle for superficial responses—their name, their job, their nationality, their family role. But these are merely labels. They are costumes worn by the eternal awareness that you truly are.

When you peel away the layers of identity, what remains? The body? No, because the body changes constantly. Cells die and are replaced. The body you have today is not the same body you had seven years ago. The mind? No, because thoughts come and go. Emotions rise and fall. Memories fade and distort. The sense of "I" that you hold onto is not a fixed thing. It is a shifting stream of perceptions, beliefs, and conditioning.

So who are you really? You are the awareness behind all of it. The one who observes the body, the mind, the emotions, and the thoughts. The one who remains unchanged through joy and sorrow, success and failure, youth and old age. You are the silent witness. The unchanging presence. The eternal consciousness that has always been here and will always remain.

When you realize this, everything changes. You stop identifying with the temporary and begin to recognize the eternal. You stop seeking validation from the external world and begin to find peace within. You stop fearing death and begin to understand that you have never truly been born. This is not a belief. It is an experience. And it is available to you right now, in this very moment.

You Are Not a Speck in the Universe. You Are the Universe.

For centuries, humanity has been taught a narrative of insignificance. You are a tiny being on a tiny planet in a vast, infinite cosmos. A speck of dust in the grand scheme of existence. This narrative, while humbling, is not the complete truth. It is only half the story.

The other half is this. The universe is not outside you. It is inside you. Every atom in your body was forged in the heart of a dying star. The carbon in your cells, the oxygen in your lungs, the iron in your blood—all of it was created in the nuclear furnaces of ancient supernovae. You are literally made of stardust. You are the cosmos waking up to look at itself through human eyes.

This is not metaphor. This is science. And it is also spirituality. The same consciousness that animates the galaxies pulses through your veins. The same intelligence that orchestrates the dance of planets and stars is the intelligence that beats your heart and breathes your lungs. You are not separate from the universe. You are the universe in a localized, temporary form.

When you truly internalize this truth, the illusion of separation dissolves. You no longer see yourself as an isolated individual struggling against the world. You see yourself as the world itself, exploring, learning, and evolving. You see others not as separate beings, but as other expressions of the same infinite consciousness. You see nature not as something to be conquered, but as something to be honored—because it is you.

What Are You? The Universe Itself.

The question "What are you?" invites a deeper inquiry than "Who are you?" It asks about your very essence, your fundamental nature. And the answer, when you are ready to receive it, is both simple and profound. You are the universe itself.

The universe is not a collection of separate objects. It is a single, unified field of energy and consciousness. Everything is interconnected. Every atom influences every other atom. Every thought sends ripples across the fabric of existence. The boundaries you perceive between yourself and the world are not real. They are convenient fictions created by the mind to navigate physical reality.

But the deeper truth is this. You are not a part of the universe. You are a localized expression of the universe. The same way a wave is not a part of the ocean, but the ocean itself in motion. The wave does not exist separately from the water. It is water. In the same way, you do not exist separately from the universe. You are the universe. Your body is a temporary configuration of universal matter. Your consciousness is a temporary configuration of universal awareness.

When you realize that you are the universe itself, you stop seeing yourself as a victim of circumstance. You stop feeling powerless against forces beyond your control. You begin to understand that you are not at the mercy of the cosmos. You are the cosmos. And the cosmos is not indifferent. It is you, experiencing itself in infinite forms.

Your True Identity: The Universe Experiencing Itself

If you are not your body, not your mind, not your emotions, not your thoughts—then what is your true identity? The answer is both humbling and exhilarating. Your true identity is the universe experiencing itself.

You are the eyes through which the cosmos observes itself. You are the ears through which the cosmos hears its own symphony. You are the heart through which the cosmos feels its own love. You are the mind through which the cosmos contemplates its own mystery.

Consider this. The universe has been evolving for nearly fourteen billion years. It has produced galaxies, stars, planets, and life. And in you, it has produced a being capable of reflecting on its own existence. You are not an accident. You are not a random byproduct of mindless forces. You are the universe becoming conscious of itself. You are the cosmos waking up from its long slumber and asking, "What am I?"

This is your true identity. Not a name. Not a role. Not a reputation. Not a body. You are the eternal awareness that has been present since the beginning of time. You are the consciousness that will remain when the universe itself dissolves. You are the infinite wearing the finite. The eternal playing in the temporal. The one pretending to be many.

When you embrace this identity, you step into your power. You stop seeking approval from others because you recognize that you are the source of all approval. You stop fearing loss because you recognize that you have never truly possessed anything. You stop seeking meaning because you recognize that you are meaning itself.

Are You a Human or the Cosmos? The Truth Revealed.

This question captures the ultimate paradox of human existence. Are you a human having a cosmic experience, or are you the cosmos having a human experience? The answer, when you are willing to see it clearly, is both and neither.

On one level, you are human. You have a body. You have a mind. You have emotions. You have relationships. You have a name and a history. These are real aspects of your existence. They are not illusions to be denied. They are expressions of the infinite manifesting in finite form.

But on a deeper level, you are the cosmos. You are the eternal, infinite, unchanging awareness that observes the human experience. You are the one who has been watching the drama of life unfold since the beginning. You are the one who will continue watching when the curtain falls.

The truth is not that you are one or the other. The truth is that you are both simultaneously. You are the wave and the ocean. You are the drop and the sea. You are the human and the cosmos. This is the great reconciliation. This is the resolution of the apparent duality.

When you live from this integrated awareness, you no longer feel torn between the spiritual and the material. You no longer feel conflicted between your human desires and your cosmic nature. You embrace both fully. You honor the human experience while remaining grounded in the cosmic truth. You participate in the drama while knowing it is a play. You love deeply while knowing you are love itself.

This is the truth revealed. You are not a human trying to become spiritual. You are a spiritual being already having a human experience. You are not a seeker trying to find the cosmos. You are the cosmos already seeking itself through you.

The journey of spiritual awakening is ultimately a journey of remembering. You are not becoming something new. You are remembering what you have always been. You are not reaching for the divine. You are recognizing that you are the divine. You are not searching for the universe. You are realizing that you are the universe itself.

This realization is not an intellectual understanding. It is a direct experience. It is the shift from knowing to being. From believing to experiencing. From seeking to finding. And it is available to you right now, in this very moment, because you have never truly been separate from it.

The illusion of separation is the only barrier. And it dissolves the moment you stop identifying with the temporary and begin to recognize the eternal. It dissolves the moment you stop seeking outside yourself and begin to turn inward. It dissolves the moment you realize that you are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.

This is the truth that will change everything. This is the truth that will set you free. This is the truth that you have always known, deep down, in the silence of your own heart. You are the universe. You always were. And you always will be.

Pro Tip for the Reader

Here is a simple yet powerful practice to experience your true identity as the universe. Tonight, step outside and look up at the night sky. But do not look as a human looking at stars. Instead, feel yourself as the cosmos looking at itself. Feel the vastness. Feel the silence. Feel the ancient presence that has always been there. Then bring your awareness back to your own body. Feel the same vastness within you. The same silence. The same ancient presence.

Realize that there is no separation between you and the stars. You are made of the same substance. You are the same awareness. The same consciousness. The same infinite being. Spend a few minutes each day simply sitting in this awareness. Do not try to understand it. Do not try to explain it. Simply feel it. Rest in it. Be it.

Over time, the illusion of separation will dissolve. You will begin to see yourself in everyone and everything. You will feel the universe pulsing through your veins. You will know, not as a belief, but as a direct experience, that you are not small. You are not insignificant. You are not alone. You are infinite. You are eternal. You are the universe itself.

Start tonight. The cosmos is waiting to recognize itself through you.
