And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. THE INTERNAL CONFLICT

The lesson of Duality

The important thing that you undergo on a day today basis is internal conflict. It appears that some sort of fight is going on within yourself and you want to do something urgently and in a matter of moments, you feel like it's not good to do that. Some people face a lot of difficulties in terms of this internal conflict.

What the internal conflict is: Actually speaking, it's the fight between what you know and what you feel. Understand the fact that you are an ancient one. You change only the bodies Your spirit stores all the important pieces of information from your multiple souls. Psychology identifies internal conflict as cognitive dissonance. Actually speaking, it's your mutually opposing views, beliefs or ideas. You can achieve the heart and brain coherence and overcome the issue. Science has identified it as a conflict between your brain and heart intelligence. Actually speaking, it's the conflict between your pure consciousness and filtered consciousness.

Why it happens: You are, actually speaking, the personification of the quantum consciousness itself. But, with a body on, your level of consciousness is thoroughly filtered by the brain. In other words, the information from your brain is, actually speaking, your sensory illusion. The brain helps you have thought process according to the simulated circumstances or situations or background, you are exposed to and that's different from one person to another. When you amplify your thoughts, they get converted into your feelings and usually this is what happens in your heart. You are not your thoughts, but the awareness about your thoughts. You will have always conflict between your awareness and your thoughts, produced by the simulated understanding.

How to solve the issue: It is a step by step process and all of a sudden it's not going to work. It's instructed that you have to undertake regular meditation on solving the conflict inside. The meditation can be done twice a day for a couple of minutes and do it before your sleep and after you have been up. Have the reaffirmation and inner visualization that you can control your mind and you are focused on your pure consciousness. Reaffirm that you are not your thoughts but the awareness about your thoughts and are focused on the awareness only. Keep doing suchlike meditation on a regular basis and that's how you can achieve access to your pure consciousness and check your mind from generating unnecessary thought patterns.

The Nature of Internal Conflict and Its Purpose

Internal conflict is not a sign of weakness or failure—it is an indication of growth. When you experience a clash between what you know and what you feel, you are standing at the threshold of a deeper understanding. This tension arises because your filtered consciousness (the mind) and your pure consciousness (the soul) are not yet in alignment. The mind, shaped by societal conditioning, past experiences, and survival instincts, often pulls you in one direction, while your soul, carrying ancient wisdom and intuitive knowing, guides you toward another. This conflict is not something to suppress or fear; it is something to honor and investigate. It is an invitation to go deeper, to question your beliefs, and to align more closely with your truth. When you view internal conflict as a teacher rather than an enemy, you transform it from a source of suffering into a catalyst for evolution.

The Role of Awareness in Resolving Internal Conflict

The resolution of internal conflict does not come from choosing one side over the other—it comes from the expansion of awareness. When you become the observer of your thoughts and emotions, rather than being controlled by them, you create a space in which conflict can dissolve. In this space, you are no longer identified with the voice of the mind or the pull of the heart; you are the witness behind both. From this position of neutrality, you can see the deeper truth that transcends both perspectives. This is the power of awareness—it allows you to hold opposing views without being torn apart by them. It is the middle path, the balanced state, the place of peace. With practice, you can access this state more readily, and internal conflict becomes less frequent and less intense. You learn to navigate the dance of duality with grace, knowing that both sides are part of a larger whole.

The Heart-Brain Coherence as the Path to Inner Peace

When your heart and brain are in coherence, internal conflict diminishes. Heart-brain coherence is a state in which your nervous system, brain waves, and heart rhythms are synchronized, creating a harmonious flow of energy throughout your body. This state is associated with feelings of peace, clarity, and emotional balance. It is achieved through practices that cultivate positive emotions—gratitude, compassion, and love—and through conscious breathing and meditation. When you are in coherence, your decisions are not driven by fear or impulse but by wisdom and intuition. Your mind and heart work together, supporting rather than opposing each other. This is the foundation of inner peace. You can cultivate this state through regular practice, making it your default mode of being. In coherence, internal conflict loses its power, and you move through life with a sense of ease and alignment.

Resolve inner conflict and achieve heart-brain coherence with this simple 5-minute daily practice:

Step 1: Morning Intention (1 minute) — Upon waking, affirm: "I am the awareness behind my thoughts. I choose peace over conflict."

Step 2: Observe the Conflict (1 minute) — When internal conflict arises, pause and observe it without judgment. Ask: "What is the mind saying? What is the heart feeling?"

Step 3: Breathe into the Space (1 minute) — Take 5 deep breaths, focusing on the space between your thoughts. Feel the stillness within.

Step 4: Choose Awareness (1 minute) — Silently affirm: "I am not my thoughts. I am the awareness that observes them. I choose clarity."

Step 5: Evening Reflection (2 minutes) — Before sleep, reflect: "Where did I observe conflict without reaction today? Where can I improve?" Write down your insights.

Step 6: Gratitude (30 seconds) — End with: "Thank you for the gift of awareness. I am at peace. I am whole."

Practice this daily for 30 days. You'll notice a profound shift in your inner state, your decision-making, and your ability to navigate challenges with grace. Internal conflict is not your enemy—it is your teacher. Learn from it, and you will find freedom.
