Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. WHAT MAKES YOU 👊😡👊VIOLENT?

The illusory sense of separation

Violence is as ancient as the human history itself. Always you get to see the sporadic incidents of violence among the people, be it from your household, market places or wherever people are out there. The strong sense of separation triggers all the issues, you get to see. Separation always makes the world in chaos, triggering the illusory sense of lacking and that's how people start to be dominant and controlling. The illusory qualities of envy, jealousy, cruelty, hypocrisy, judgement, violence etc are simply the outgrowth of the illusory sense of separation. With the strong sense of separation, you guys tend to love things and use people when it must be the other way around; things must be used and people must be loved.

Survival instinct: Actually speaking, your brain is a tool for survival and it filters your consciousness to the maximum possible extent, giving the sensory illusion of separation of the duality of self and other. The aggressive behavior is triggered via this strong sense of separation and that's how you forget to see the unity around. You live a life that's more focused on yourself, improving your selfishness. If you get to see that someone or something is not working in your favor, you will have a violent sense of destruction or annihilation. You tend to link everything in your life with yourself, for example, your house, your place, your food, property etc. Strong sense of separation always puts you in a competitive mode and that's how you forget the fact that you can achieve way more via cooperation. All these aspects can sometimes result in clashes or some sort of violence

Manipulation: Your illusory sense of separation is further amplified by the work of a bunch of manipulators who know how the law of energy and vibration work. They have already done whatever is possible to make you more aggressive and divided. The divisions based on cash, nation, color, language, gender, race, religion, politics etc are their tools. These negatively polarized souls enjoy your clashes and aggressive behavior, indirectly caused by their methods. Through the expansion of consciousness and massive spiritual awakening, you can capture their true color and work for the unity. Always remember that real spirituality that you practice is your empathy and your sense of understanding someone else's real situation and behavior accordingly.

Food culture: Food does have a major role in terms of triggering your mood. The manipulators who know this have totally changed your food culture, the way they want. And when you take junk food items with a lot more calories, sugar, cholesterol, oils and red meat, what happens is that your habit makes hormonal imbalance inside your body and it adversely affects your normal level of consciousness. The hormonal imbalance can easily make you angry, depressed, stressful, worried and violent. That's how you shower abusive words for silly, negligible things and make violent clashes. It's good to maintain healthy diet including more grains, nuts, leaves, and fruits.

Repetition compulsion: Human brain works with programing. Whatever you see, hear or experience is, actually speaking, some sort of programing to your brain. And when you get access to a particular behavioral pattern for long, for example a violent family background where your parents or relatives are always engaged in the incidents of violence or cruelty, what literally happens is that it works as a program for your brain to follow and a negatively programed brain always gives you muscle memory to take up negative actions whatever the situations, you face. As a result, you tend to act more violently even under slightest provocation.

Misinterpretation of scriptures: Your actions are, actually speaking, the result of your subliminal programing. In other words, you are what you have placed in your subconscious mind. There are alot of things which become the part of your subliminal programing. Your family background, education, community, religion etc. The influence from religious scriptures is one of them. The later interpretation of the scriptures took them off of their true value, signalling the seeds of separation. This happens especially when every single religious order stood for cooperation, common brotherhood, global peace and unity. The later interpretations focused more on the identity of separation which is what triggers communal clashes, terrorism, fanaticism etc. Always remember that no scripture supported violence for no apparent reason.

Societal mis- programing in a cash based society: Everyone is the victim of societal mis-programing. A bunch of manipulators have already done things to keep you more separate and divided as discussed. Not everyone is free from societal mis-programing and some are totally engulfed by it. Cash is the basic reason why many people suffer. Society has been programed in such a way that you have to compete with each other to make cash. And making cash appears to be the most difficult task for an average human who sometimes goes disgruntled. Cash makes a lot of psychological issues among the people in such a way that they're likely to be more aggressive. When people focus on these psychological issues, the issues become a reason for their psychological illness, making them way more violent by nature. The societal mis-programing can even adversely affect your genetics. If one or two generations under one family are the victims of societal mis-programing in such a way that they undertake violence for solving the issues, the coming generations are more likely to follow suit as result of mis-programed biological background. That's how genetics becomes a reason why you become violent. This happens when you have genetic plasticity with which you can re order your genetic issues via actual employment of consciousness.

Practice of love: The problem of your being violent can be solved through the practice of love. Start feeding birds and animals and be empathetic always. Empathy is a quality that can easily be cultivated. It's the practice that you recognize yourself in everything else you see. Do  mediation on non-violence and peace and regularize the habit, which is going to give you the muscle memory about being peaceful and nonviolent always especially when you are highly provoked. Rear an animal of choice if you are an animal lover or protect plants if you like them more. Always spread the seeds of love and channelize every single piece of your thought, emotion and action in such a way that it's filled with nothing but pure love.

The Illusion of Separation as the Root of Violence

Violence is not an inherent human trait—it is a symptom of the illusion of separation. When you believe you are separate from others, you view them as threats, competitors, or obstacles to your survival. This perception triggers fear, and fear manifests as aggression, control, and violence. The illusion of separation is cultivated by systems that profit from division—political, religious, and economic structures that thrive on keeping humanity fragmented. When you see yourself as an isolated individual fighting for limited resources, violence becomes a logical response. But when you recognize your interconnectedness with all beings, violence becomes unthinkable. You cannot harm another without harming yourself. The path to a nonviolent world begins with the recognition of unity. Every act of kindness, every moment of empathy, every choice to see the divine in others weakens the illusion of separation and strengthens the fabric of peace. You are not separate—you are one. Live from this truth, and violence will have no ground to stand on.

The Role of Food and Environment in Shaping Consciousness

Your physical environment, including the food you consume, has a direct impact on your consciousness and behavior. The manipulative forces that seek to divide humanity have deliberately altered food systems, introducing processed, chemical-laden, and hormonally disruptive foods that destabilize your mood and cloud your judgment. When your body is overloaded with toxins, unhealthy fats, and excessive sugars, your hormonal balance is disrupted, making you more prone to anger, anxiety, and impulsive violence. Conversely, a diet rich in whole, natural, and plant-based foods supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and peaceful behavior. Your body is the vessel through which your consciousness expresses itself—when you honor it with pure fuel, you support a peaceful mind and a loving heart. The choice of what you eat is not just a personal preference; it is a spiritual decision that affects your vibration and your contribution to collective peace. Choose foods that nourish your body and elevate your consciousness. Your plate is a statement of your values—make it a statement of love.

The Power of Love and Empathy in Healing Violence

The antidote to violence is not punishment or control—it is love and empathy. Love is the recognition that you and the other are one; empathy is the practice of feeling that oneness in your heart. When you approach others with empathy, you see beyond their actions to their wounds, beyond their anger to their pain. This does not mean tolerating harm but responding to it with wisdom and compassion. Empathy is a skill that can be cultivated through practice—through meditation, through conscious listening, through acts of kindness. Every time you choose empathy over judgment, you heal a wound in the collective consciousness. Every time you extend love instead of retaliation, you break a cycle of violence that may have persisted for generations. The practice of love is not passive; it is the most active and transformative force in existence. Be the love you wish to see. Be the peace you pray for. Your heart, filled with love, is the most powerful weapon against violence.
