Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. THE GIFT 🎁 OF GIVING

Your gut feeling

It appears that your life is meant to be shared. Give more so that you are given more. If you want to change the existing world situation, you have to practice the concept of giving on an individual basis. It's like you set aside some time cash or energy to help someone. The greatest benefit of giving is that it not only makes the world better but makes you feel better also. You are supposed to help even animals and plants nearby, as a sentient being. Watering plants properly, collecting some peanuts for squirrels or birds, supplying food items for cats or dogs, these silly silly things can have drastic impact on them. These are actually pretty serious things you must do. Always remember that the Universe works like a mirror and you get back what you put out.

A) You make your life really worth the value: If you give something to someone for free, the receiver is so pleased that you are blessed by them. Whatever you do, your intention matters more. If you give something to someone just for publicity stunt, it's the act of selfishness, which elicits negative karma on your part. The moment when you help or give someone something, you have some neurochemical change, triggering the release of happy hormones like oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine and these hormones can counteract the effect of stess hormones like cortisol in your body. It helps you boost up your social connections as well, freeing yourself from the shackles of loneliness or isolation.

B) A ripple effect in society: People are definitely imitative by nature and if people notice that you help others, they will also have the tendency to do so. When you keep giving or helping someone, it causes some sort of ripple effect among the people who stay in your place and they will have the urge to do the same. When more people do the same, more tend to follow the same. This happens because it works as a program for the people to follow. This is how you inspire thousands of others to make some difference. Act of giving actually boosts your self esteem as well and that's how you renew yourself every time you offer something to someone.

C) You are given more: The entire Universe is holographic by nature. And energy is reflective by quality. What it means is that you literally get back what you put out. The repeated acts of kindness or giving make your vibrational frequency at its best and those who are the receivers of your whole hearted service bless you via their emotions and words repeatedly. Understand the the power of words which can literally change the existing molecular structure of matter. And the emotional waves that they throw at you are literally electromagnetic waves which can also change matter. The receivers of your service send energy waves of blessings towards your direction and to the quantum Universe outside. Always remember whatever you do, the Universe outside records it. Actually, you are full of the Universe and space is optical illusion only. The moment, you have difference in terms of your vibrational equation, the Universe can sense it and it starts working in tandem with you. In other words, you are given more, with a lot of luck or favorable situations or synchronicities in life.

D) Gratitude always leaves you healthier: Giving definitely evokes gratitude in the giver and receiver alike. Nurturing gratitude more often definitely improves your health. It helps you improve your immunity and sleep as well as mood. And that's how you become free from depression and anxiety. Feeling gratitude helps the release of oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine which are feel good hormones.

E) Selfless giving: Selfless giving must be promoted. You have to do it with zero expectations of anything. That's the true altruism, you practice. Whatever you have, set aside some portion of it to someone else, be it your cash, dress, food, time or emotions. Emotional support to someone is actually needed. It's the best mood booster. And if you feel like you have excessive earning, set aside some amount as you like on charity. Instead of giving it to charitable trusts, you, if possible, do it all by yourself. But it's up to you whether you have to donate your cash to charitable Institutes or do something on your own. Food and free clothes to those who you feel poor can be done. If you have more time, spend it to support animals and plants or someone who is worth spending time with. Comfort people, animals and plants. Living and non-living things are simply optical illusion. Everything is pure consciousness vibrating. Support patients and blood donation is also important. The thing is that it doesn't matter how you help someone but what matters is what mentality you have while helping someone. Never help someone for game and fame.

F) The more you give, the more you change the world: If you want to change poverty, unemployment, malnutrition etc in the world, never wait for anyone to come in and make change, for change is never imposed but self made. Change begins with you. Practice love and giving. Promote pay it forward movement. If everyone does the same, the world changes so fast and people get quality lives. If the governments, world organizations or big corporates work hand in hand and make a universal payment system where everyone gets the basic minimum payment, required especially for those marginalized people, people can eke out living and they are so peaceful and they can at least pursue their passion and make economy much better. It's good to have a universal government which helps people pursue their passion. When people are away from the cash based society, they can be free from the pressurized life patterns that make them depressed, worried or violent. Donation, charity, giving or supporting someone is definitely the greatest thing you do in your life.

The Energetic Economy of Giving

In a Universe where everything is energy, giving is not a loss but an investment in the flow of abundance. When you give, you are not depleting your resources—you are activating a cycle of energetic exchange that returns to you multiplied. This is not a transactional calculation but a fundamental law of the Universe: energy flows where attention goes, and when you give with a pure heart, you open channels for receiving. The act of giving creates a vortex of positive energy that attracts more of the same, not because the Universe is keeping score, but because you have shifted your vibration. You signal to the quantum field that you are operating from abundance rather than lack, and the field responds by reflecting that abundance back to you. This is the deeper meaning of "give and you shall receive"—it is not about manipulation but about alignment. When you give freely, you align with the flow of life, and life flows back to you with greater richness and depth.

The Ripple Effect of Conscious Giving

The impact of a single act of giving extends far beyond what you can see. Every kind word, every helping hand, every moment of genuine presence creates ripples that spread outward, touching lives you may never meet. This is the butterfly effect of consciousness—your small act of kindness can inspire someone else, who inspires another, creating a chain reaction that transforms communities and even nations. When you give, you are not just helping one person; you are contributing to a field of generosity that uplifts the collective consciousness. This is why spiritual traditions have always emphasized the importance of charity, service, and compassion—they understood that individual acts of giving are threads in a larger tapestry of human evolution. Your giving is never insignificant. It is a seed planted in the garden of humanity, and its harvest will be far greater than you can imagine.

The Spiritual Practice of Giving as Liberation

Giving is not just a moral duty; it is a spiritual practice that liberates you from the illusion of scarcity and the bondage of ego. When you give, you let go of attachment to possessions, control, and self-interest. You practice trust in the abundance of the Universe and surrender to the flow of life. This is why giving is often accompanied by a sense of peace and joy—it frees you from the burden of holding on. The more you give, the more you realize that you are not a separate self with limited resources but an expression of infinite consciousness connected to all. This realization is the essence of liberation. When you give selflessly, you step out of the cycle of greed and fear and into the cycle of love and abundance. You become a channel for divine grace, and in becoming a channel, you experience the fullness of your own divine nature.

The "Daily Giving" Practice

Cultivate a giving mindset and experience its transformative power with this simple daily practice:

Step 1: Morning Intention (1 minute) — Upon waking, set the intention: "Today, I will give freely of my time, energy, or resources. I am a channel of abundance."

Step 2: Give Without Expectation (Throughout the day) — Look for opportunities to give—a kind word, a listening ear, a helping hand, a small donation. Give without expecting anything in return.

Step 3: Give to Yourself (1 minute) — Give yourself the gift of self-compassion, rest, or a moment of joy. You cannot give what you do not have.

Step 4: Give to Nature (1 minute) — Water a plant, feed a bird, or simply express gratitude for the Earth. Honor the connection between all living beings.

Step 5: Evening Reflection (2 minutes) — Before sleep, reflect: "What did I give today? How did it feel? What did I receive?" Write down any insights.

Step 6: Gratitude (30 seconds) — End with: "Thank you for the gift of giving. I am abundant. I am generous. I am love."

Practice this daily for 30 days. You'll notice increased joy, deeper connections, and a sense of purpose that transcends material concerns. Giving is not just an action—it is a state of being. Choose it, and your life will be transformed.
