Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. This is where the physical coaching is requi...

THE CYCLICAL REPETITION OF LIFE

The illusion of light and dark

Everything is energy and everything does maintain the cyclical repetition. It's part of the law of energy. Consciousness is the only truth in the entire cosmos and the employment of consciousness triggers the movement of energy within. You are a pitch of energy with multiple frequencies actually. Your soul does have a core vibratory value that is susceptible to minor or major changes in terms of frequencies according to the conscious level, you maintain. In other words, the employment of consciousness determines the major part of your vibratory order. It's according to the level of your vibratory order that your neurochemistry is triggered. If you focus on a particular vibratory frequency, what happens is that the focus makes it more fortified in such a way that it causes the cyclical repetition of the same. Your blood pressure and body temperature are also regulated by cycles.

A) Cyclical repetition: Everything maintains some sort of rhythmic cycle, the course of which you can change according to the employment of your consciousness. Your body cells including all the plant and animal cells are regulated by the rhythmic cycles. The cyclical pattern of your thought is what determines your gain or loss. This happens because when you allow the cyclical repetition of the same pattern of thoughts, it becomes the part of your core believing system. You tend to be emotional the way you believe. And it's your beliefs that trigger your behavioral patterns with suchlike actions from your part. You get things back exactly according to how you put them out. The cycle is so simple. Whatever you hold in your mind makes you believe the same. And you tend to act according to what you believe. You get what you act. To have a different result, you have to change the cycle. And that has to begin with changing your thought process. In other words, your path of life is never a straight line as you think and you continually come back to the things, you thought you understood. This cycle actually helps you see the deeper truths about life.

B) Cyclical repetition: Your physical and psychological process work in cycles exactly as everything in galaxy is cyclical. With a closer look, you can observe that even the situations in your life maintain some sort of cyclical process and you are capable of changing the cycles. If you are focused on some negative thought pattern, what you get is the repetition of the same. You can see that all the life situations or people or whoever you interact with, make you more and more negative. The Universe responds to you more negatively. This is how you create the perpetuating cycles of sadness, stress, strain or depression. A negative pattern of thought can channelize your entire thought process either to the past, done or future, yet to come, leaving you either depressed or worried. Negative thought pattern makes the repetition of several of the same thought pattern in such a way that your inner and outer vision are colored more negatively. As a result, your brain helps you pick up only the negative sense about people and situations, involved in the process of your life. What you literally do is strengthening the cyclical repetition of negative energy and it will eventually result in the acquisition of negative karma. And that's how you get negatively polarized. This is the same case when it comes to the cultivation of postive thought patterns which can trigger the perpetuation of a life, filled with positive or favorable outcomes. In other words, you create your own destiny.

C) Cyclical repetition: You can definitely convert the existing cyclical repetition process into a new cycle. The first and foremost thing, you have to be careful about is that you have to be stable and never do the re-convertion process with judgement or fear. This is needed. If you try to convert the existing cycle of repetition with judgement or fear, you are actually strengthening your vibration of fear and as a result, it doesn't work and what you get back is the repeating cycle of judgement, worry and fear. Fear makes more of fear. Never feel concerned about your decision to change the existing life cycle either. You vibrate doubt when you don't trust yourself and question yourself whether it's going to work or not. The doubts give you the repeating cycles of doubts only. And that's how you get more situations in life where you have to doubt yourself more and more. Everything, you experience in life is the part of the cycle. There's no happiness or sadness. It's simply a shift that you make from one cycle to another via the combination of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Each pleasure, you have is actually wrapped in pain. Your one emotion supports another otherwise you can't learn it, which is the main purpose behind cycle of change; cycle of evolution. For example, you have to understand what pain or sadness is before getting to know about pleasure or happiness. The thing is that you are the creator of these cycles, believe it or not! For example, if you focus more on sadness, you get everything else in your life in such a way that you are made sad always. People, things or life situations happen in such a way you are sad always. And the cycle of unhappiness continues until you start a new cycle of thoughts, emotions and actions.

D) Cyclical repetition: You are a program, done by the quantum consciousness for mutual evolution. You are a program with a particular duration, fixed by yourself. After the duration, you are given new chance to be another program. You call this process your birth and death It's also part of the cycle of evolution. You can close one cycle and start a new cycle all by yourself. You can depend upon either meditation, lucid dreaming or music for that. Use one of these as a means to program yourself. With a regularized pattern of meditation for 5 to 10 minutes, you begin a new cycle which reminds you of the necessary actions, you have to take in this regard. During meditation strengthen your reaffirmation and inner-visualization that you are beginning a new cycle and are totally free from the existing cycle of things in life. And feel the change in every single cell of yours. Moving on, you get the muscle memory to take up actions as well in order to change the existing cycle.

The Universal Law of Cycles and Human Experience

The cyclical nature of existence is not a random phenomenon but a fundamental law of the Universe. From the rotation of planets to the beating of your heart, from the changing of seasons to the rhythm of your breath, cycles are the fabric of reality. Your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors also operate in cycles, creating patterns that shape your life experience. When you understand this, you realize that you are not a victim of circumstance but a participant in a dynamic system that you can influence. The cycles you experience are not permanent—they are patterns of energy that can be shifted through conscious intention. Every time you choose a different thought, you initiate a new cycle. Every time you act from a higher vibration, you alter the trajectory of your life. The key to mastering cycles is awareness—recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you and having the courage to create new ones. You are not bound by your past; you are the architect of your future, and the cycles you create today will shape the reality you experience tomorrow.

The Power of Focus in Shaping Your Cycles

Your focus is the most powerful tool you possess for shaping the cycles of your life. Wherever you place your attention, you energize, and whatever you energize, you amplify. When you focus on fear, you create cycles of anxiety and limitation. When you focus on love, you create cycles of connection and abundance. This is not a metaphysical abstraction; it is a practical principle that operates in every moment of your life. Your brain is a pattern-matching organ, constantly seeking to confirm your beliefs and expectations. When you focus on negative outcomes, your brain will find evidence to support them; when you focus on positive possibilities, your brain will do the same. This is why the practice of positive thinking is not naive optimism—it is a strategic intervention in your own neurological and energetic cycles. The more you train your focus on what you want rather than what you fear, the more you reprogram your brain and shift your energetic frequency. In time, the cycles of positivity become self-sustaining, creating a momentum that carries you toward your goals with increasing ease.

The Role of Consciousness in Breaking Repetitive Patterns

While the law of cycles is universal, your consciousness gives you the power to transcend repetitive patterns that no longer serve you. Consciousness is the awareness that observes the cycles without being trapped by them. When you operate from a higher level of consciousness, you can see the patterns of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with clarity and detachment. You recognize that you are not the cycle; you are the awareness that witnesses it. From this space of detachment, you can choose to engage differently, breaking the automatic response that perpetuates the cycle. This is the essence of spiritual practice—not escaping life but engaging with it from a higher perspective. Meditation is one of the most effective tools for cultivating this awareness, as it trains you to observe your thoughts without being controlled by them. Over time, this practice creates a gap between stimulus and response, a space in which you can consciously choose a new cycle. In this space lies your freedom, your power, and your potential for transformation. You are not a slave to your patterns; you are their master.

The "Cycle Breaker" Daily Practice

Break free from unhelpful cycles and create new patterns of positivity with this simple 5-minute daily practice:

Step 1: Identify the Cycle (1 minute) — Reflect on a pattern you want to change—a recurring thought, emotion, or behavior that no longer serves you. Write it down in one clear sentence.

Step 2: Visualize the Break (2 minutes) — Close your eyes and visualize the cycle as a wheel. See yourself consciously stopping the wheel, stepping off, and walking onto a new path. Visualize the new cycle you want to create—feel the emotions associated with it.

Step 3: Affirm the New Pattern (1 minute) — Silently affirm: "I release the old cycle of [describe the pattern]. I welcome a new cycle of [describe what you want]. I am free to create my reality."

Step 4: Anchor with Action (1 minute) — Choose one small action you can take today that supports the new cycle. Commit to it, knowing that each action strengthens the new pattern.

Step 5: Gratitude (30 seconds) — Thank yourself for your courage to change. Thank the Universe for supporting your evolution.

Step 6: Night Reflection (30 seconds) — Before sleep, review the day. Notice any moments where you slipped back into the old cycle. Instead of judging, simply observe and recommit to the new pattern.

Practice this daily for 30 days. You'll notice the old cycle losing its grip and the new cycle gaining momentum. Remember: you are not your patterns—you are the creator of them. Create consciously, and watch your life transform.
