Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge. Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. This is where the physical coaching is requi...

It appears that people are in general concerned about their fate. It's commonly believed that fate is the course of events getting developed in such a way that it's absolutely out of your control. It's also believed that your fate is predetermined by some supernatural force. When you are born with a body your level of consciousness gets succumbed to the so called simulated oblivion where you find yourself totally forgetful of your true self. You are literally dead while living and will only be alive when you are physically dead. Once you are out of your body, you really understand the game, you played, living and you get access to the multiple souls you have made so far. With a body on, you get to have both of your karmic fate and non-karmic fate.
A) Karmic Fate: You are a spirit making a particular soul through a simulated process called physical life. Your true self is without a body. To have physical experience and evolution, it's absolutely necessary that you need a body on. The experience, you get out of a simulated life span helps you get evolved further as a spirit. As a spirit, you come here with a life span that you have already fixed all by yourself. In othe words, the soul you make out of a simulated life does maintain some level of frequency and life span. Karma that is the result of your thoughts, feelings and actions plays a dominant role in terms of evolution. The whole simulated life works as a mirror and you get back what you put out. The positive or negative effects of your Karma are passed onto your next birth cycle if they exceed the level of frequency your soul maintains. In other words, if the effects of Karma is so heavy that it's unbearable for your soul during this life cycle, you have to suffer from that from your next birth cycle. A body living is subject to karmic fate that could either be positive or negative. A soul with a negatively polarized past life cycle has to undergo some sort of suffering of choice in order to burn the negative karma, accumulated. A positively polarized soul doesn't have to be born again on the same planet and it's evolved to the higher planes to enjoy the fruits of Karma. A soul enjoys the benefits of good Karma at the earlier stages of life and suffer later out of negative Karma. Suffering is the only possible physical way through which a soul can burn the past negative Karma, accumulated. If there is more negative Karma on its part, a soul volunteer a life span of some sort of suffering one more time most probably on the same planet. The choice of your next birth cycle is done in your afterlife And you are thoroughly helped and guided by your soul family and spirit guides and other evolved entities. But nobody can force anything on you and your free will always matters. You are full of the Universe in your unique way. It's you who choose your karmic fate, if any, before coming to the planet of choice. And you stay totally forgetful of what happened once you enter a simulated life span where you tend to ascribe the same (your karmic fate) to someone else's (God's) agenda or program. You accept a karmic fate of suffering because of the fact that there's no other way without this to get evolved and you stay stuck on your evolutionary journey. Without simulated oblivion, you can't focus on the current soul, you are making either. If you get access to multiple souls you made, you can't play the simulated game as needed. Karma makes your life, if not focused well, repeat several times with the same level of consciousness on the same planet.
B) How to overcome Karmic Fate: If you have Karmic fate, you can't change it unfortunately because it's the choice you volunteered for your evolution before taking a physical birth. But you are capable of using your free will to nullify the effects of your karmic fate. You can use your free will to customize your life the way you want. Most of your innate difficulties, diseases, disorders, phobias, allergies and manias can be ascribed to the karmic fate. But you can use your free will to nullify the effects of karmic fate as much as you can, triggering the most favourable outcome. For example, if you are born in such a way that you can't walk, you can try your best to walk as much as you can with the help of walking aids. The more you try, the more desired outcome you get. Always remember that life is the experience you make. If you have a problem, you also have a solution. The more you try to find it, the easier access you get. With a body on, you are supposed to make your thoughts and feelings in alignment with your actions and try your best to achieve what you need. This is how you inspire others too to do necessary things to overcome their challenges. Your life is the issue only you can solve and when you try to do that wholeheartedly, you get external support in such a way that you have never thought about it. When you build a service oriented life span, you get your vibratory frequency at its best, which also means that you get the balance of more positive Karma on your part. With a service oriented life cycle, you get blessings even without your knowledge from all those people who you supported or helped as much as you can. In a world where everything is energy, it matters more. A service oriented life can make your life much easier in such a way that you don't feel your karmic fate, the way it did before.
C) Non-karmic fate: Non- karmic fate is some sort of suffering, you undergo, which is not triggered by your Karma, but the lack of your proper awareness or focus on what you have to do in life. An aimless life, which is the outgrowth of societal mis-programing, laziness, lack of proper guidance from the childhood etc can cause less qualified life with suffering. Everyone of you is victimized by societal mis-programing, which means that society has already set some standards that are not always true to assess your skills. You have to think and act way beyond it. Free yourself from repetition compulsion. Spiritual lessons have been taken out of the mainstream education system and spiritual awakening is always given religious color. And you are pursuing someone else's passion instead of looking into what you want in life. A material oriented society has taught you to earn some cash at the cost of anything in your life simply to spend most of it for your own hospitalization later. You forget how to live and enjoy every single moment in life. You have only time to speak ill of someone or be jealous or envious of someone else's achievement. You find some sort of comfort when someone loses something. You value nothing including your own life. And you never want to take care of animals, plants or elderly people. What you always think is how to make profits out of anyone in life. Kindness is always replaced by cash. You want to take revenge on someone based on some political or religious agenda. Selfishness is mixed in everything you think, feel and act, leaving you more negatively polarized. Selfishness in religious, financial or political institutions makes them terrorist wings and hurting and killing each other, you simply waste your whole life span only to repeat one more life cycle here without getting evolved. You are programed to believe and follow certain standards which make you think always that you are not beautiful, capable or powerful enough to do something. A programed mind always tries to limit your skills as much as possible, leaving you servile or fearful.
C) How to overcome non-karmic fate: First of all, understand the fact that Creation is totally different. What it means is that you can not be like someone else. You are full of the Universe in your own unique way, which needs to be expanded through yourself no matter whatever others say. Always remember that your brain can easily be programed. And you can reprogram your brain via the regular practice of meditation or lucid dreams. This is how you can be free from a misprogramed life. Follow your intuition and what you deeply feel inside. Try to grow from the inside out, not the other way around. Never get negatively polarized. Avoid the company of negative people. Always try to do things and keep trying is what actually makes you lucky. Understand the fact that your reality is totally different from someone else's. As a result, you don't have to view your life through someone else's views, opinions, points or vision. Never let anyone impose their weird realities on you, which are never in alignment with yours. Follow your passion no matter what happens. Build your life with more service orientation. This is how you can get the help directly from the Universe in different ways through different people, chances and situations whenever you need. Whenever you want to make some decision, always think about the future effects of your decision. Make the perfect decision, based on your past and future. Your decision is your choice and there's no need for you to let it propelled by someone else's understanding of things which could be different from what you need. Always maintain the good network of people who can literally support you and encourage you throughout your life and be sided with the good. Little things can definitely make you happy. Being happy is the choice you make. In other words, you are the source of your own happiness. Always remember that you are the designer of your life and you are powerful enough to make it the way you want.
The Illusion of Victimhood and the Truth of Self-Creation
One of the greatest spiritual traps is the belief that you are a victim of circumstances—that your life is being dictated by external forces beyond your control. While karmic fate does exist as a framework for your evolutionary journey, it is not a life sentence of suffering. It is a curriculum you chose, a series of lessons designed to expand your consciousness and refine your soul's vibrational frequency. The moment you shift from a victim mindset to a creator mindset, you reclaim your power. Instead of asking "Why is this happening to me?" you begin asking "What is this teaching me? How can I grow through this?" This simple reframe transforms suffering into education, obstacles into opportunities, and challenges into stepping stones. Your free will is the most potent tool you possess—it is the lever that can move the heaviest karmic blocks. When you exercise your free will with awareness, intention, and service, you are no longer merely enduring your fate—you are actively co-creating your destiny.
The Societal Programming That Obscures Your True Path
Much of what you perceive as non-karmic fate—the aimlessness, dissatisfaction, and struggle that so many experience—is the direct result of societal programming that has disconnected you from your authentic self. From childhood, you are conditioned to conform, to chase external validation, to accumulate wealth and status as markers of success, and to suppress your intuitive knowing in favor of collective consensus. This programming creates a misalignment between your soul's purpose and your daily actions, leading to a life that feels empty despite outward achievements. The education system rarely teaches you how to think; it teaches you what to think. The media conditions your desires and fears. Social comparison feeds your insecurities. Breaking free from this programming requires conscious effort—it means questioning every belief you hold, every habit you practice, and every goal you pursue. It means asking: "Is this truly mine, or has it been imposed upon me?" Liberation begins with this question. When you reclaim your mind, you reclaim your life.
The Transformative Power of Service-Oriented Living
The most effective way to neutralize the effects of karmic fate and transcend non-karmic suffering is through a service-oriented life. Service is not merely about charity or volunteering—it is a fundamental orientation of consciousness that places the well-being of others alongside your own. When you serve, you expand your identity beyond the small, limited self and connect with the larger web of existence. This expansion naturally elevates your vibrational frequency, attracting blessings, synchronicities, and support that you could never have orchestrated through self-centered effort. People who live service-oriented lives often find that their karmic burdens feel lighter—not because the karma has disappeared, but because their expanded awareness allows them to process it with grace, wisdom, and resilience. Service also creates a positive feedback loop: the more you give, the more you receive; the more you bless others, the more you are blessed. This is not transactional but spiritual—it is the natural law of abundance in action. When you make service the foundation of your life, you align yourself with the flow of the Universe, and your fate becomes not a burden but a beautiful unfolding of divine purpose.

The "Fate Customization" Daily Practice
You cannot change your karmic fate, but you can customize it to minimize suffering and maximize growth. Use this daily 5-minute practice to reclaim your power:
Step 1: Identify Your Challenge (1 minute) — Write down one challenge you are currently facing that you believe may be karmic in nature—a health issue, a relationship pattern, a financial struggle, or an emotional block.
Step 2: Reframe the Lesson (1 minute) — Write the lesson this challenge is teaching you. If it's a health issue, perhaps it's teaching you to listen to your body. If it's financial, perhaps it's teaching you to value yourself. Identify the growth opportunity.
Step 3: Choose Your Action (1 minute) — Write one small, concrete action you can take today that aligns with the lesson and moves you toward a better outcome. This is your free will in action.
Step 4: Align with Service (1 minute) — Ask: "How can I help someone else through this challenge?" Perhaps you can share your experience, offer support, or simply be kind to someone who is struggling. Service transforms suffering into purpose.
Step 5: Release and Trust (1 minute) — Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and say: "I accept this challenge as part of my journey. I use my free will to grow through it. I trust that this experience is shaping me for my highest good. I release the outcome to the Universe."
Practice this daily for 30 days. You'll notice that challenges feel less overwhelming, solutions appear more quickly, and you begin to see the hidden gifts within every difficulty. You are not a victim of fate—you are its co-creator.
