Sharing is your willingness to have a portion of something with another or a joint use of something. Everyone of you is meant to be sharing. Sharing, actually speaking, is the ultimate spiritual consciousness. In order to share things, you have to be free from the narrow framework of separation and selfishness. Spiritually speaking, sharing is the most advanced principle, a soul takes different birth cycles to practice. This happens because the brain; your survival tool filters your consciousness, leaving you more self-centric. As a sentient species, you are supposed to teach your kids the value of sharing from the beginning itself. The more you share, the faster you develop and get evolved. The social issues like poverty or malnutrition can easily be solved through the practice of sharing. The practice of sharing is the advanced cosmic principle, through which evolution can easily be done. Sharing is always the result of cooperation and collaboration. Different planets share the Sun, forming different solar systems.Your body shares the energy from both your mother and father. Trillions of cells share what you call your body. Sharing is the best approach, you have towards life. Sharing lightens your life burden and makes you peaceful always. This is the best means through which you can achieve quick relief from the baggage of your pent up emotions, depression or sadness. When you share your grief with someone, that's the best possible relief, you get. Sharing always spares some extra time for you to enjoy your life, the way you want. Sharing literally reduces the amount of waste, you make. Sharing is definitely easy to practice and it makes you feel good every time when you do that. Chemically speaking, you produce more Dopamine and Oxytocin when you share something wholeheartedly and that is what makes you feel good.  Moving on, the more you share, the more gratitude and satisfaction, you can feel. What you have to do: Practice love and share it. Nobody literally owns anything. Share your jokes and food items. Share emotions especially when someone suffers. That's the best possible support, you can give. Share your sorrow and this is how you shed your emotional baggage off. It sets you free from emotional implosion inside and gives someone an opportunity to console you. Develop your emotional support. When you share someone else's problems or emotions, what happens is that they feel that they are not alone and they are being supported. Such a feeling is enough to console them and give them extra energy to do something that can stop their suffering. It's always good to share something with someone else, no matter what you share. You can easily practice sharing and start your day with a minute meditation, reaffirming that you are determined to share as much possible as you can, be it something or your feeling.
