Poor life style, problems in the Placenta Or Umbilical cord, birth defects or infections are held responsible for a stillbirth. Given the modern technological advances, mothers can be more careful in terms of the pregnancy. Go to all your antenatal appointments, eat healthy, stop smoking, avoid alcohol during pregnancy, sleep on your side, and have the flu jab.
