What's rite or practice of exorcism? Well, Exorcism is the expulsion or attempted expulsion of a supposed evil spirit from a person or place.
What makes you possessed: The Karmic bondage makes you choose a birth of low vibratory frequency and then if you don't try to raise your vibratory frequency, you are more likely to be possessed. Possession is a personality hijack performed on you by an imposing, manipulative evil entity. Your vibratory frequency is otherwise called the Aura, which is a Bio-electro-magnetic field radiating from every living and non living things. The frequency level emanating from your body can easily be noticed by the negative spirits, ghosts or incorporeal entities that are wanders with the evil intentions. Subliminal mis-programing you have had since birth is another important reason. It lowers your frequency in such a way that you are extremely fearful or highly superstitions. Symptoms may include movement or disturbances including inhibition or hyperactivity, sensory disturbances including the visual or auditory changes, emotional constriction or hyperemotionality and psychological symptoms like Wandering, Amnesia, Pseudodementia, or Multiple personality. The possessed person is, sometimes, likely to get access to the altered states of mind, where they display special skills. When you are affected by a negative human spirit it's the ghost possession. When you are affected by an alien negative spirit, it's the demonic possession. Demons are negatively more polarized and they come from a different dimension. The soul's attachment on your spirit makes you a ghost and repeated negative birth cycles can make your spirit demonic as it find itself difficult to be awakened faster.
How to deal with possession or how to exorcise: A) Understand what's happening: The evil spirits or demons are the polar opposite of positive or high vibration energy. Hauntings happen when a human dies and refuses to cross over because of the strong influence from soul which reflects physical attachment until the spirit is fully awakened. They fight to stay on the Earthly realm but, without a body, they are fighting a losing battle. In order to stick around, they must siphon energy from a person or people to sustain themselves. The paranormal activity by a negative spirit or demon is not easily noticeable but can be identified through bad smell, household items being thrown across, the automatic action of doors or windows closing or opening and the outburst of some creepy sound. You may feel like being physically attacked, raped, scratched, dragged or slapped.

Such a knowledge makes you have the urgency of helping the jeopardized version of yours. As a result, the more fear it wants you to have, the less fearful you become. D) The application of positively charged things or places: You know the fact that everything is pure conscious energy vibrating in different frequency.
