Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge. Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. This is where the physical coaching is requi...
What is your future self?
How to defuse your Karma? Well, it's actually possible. Karma is the Sanskrit word for action. The word is of ancient Indian origin. Karma is nothing but the law of cause and effect. It acts like a boomerang. You will get what you put out. It's the law of sowing and reaping. It's the equivalent of Newton's law of Motion. Everything has an equal reaction. Karma is the law with which pure conscious energy gets evolved. Pure conscious energy is neutral by nature and it gets exploded into different simulated physical reality systems(celestial bodies like Planets), where another simulated world is created. It goes on like a chain, one placed on another and so on. Even you, make your own simulated reality world and your mind is a master in this regard. Actually speaking, you live in many worlds inside and outside, everything you created. Through this simulated Universe, a conscious pitch of energy gets evolved into super conscious entity. The evolution is possible only through gaining more consciousness, working out of a limited system. Karma is the guiding mechanism with which you correct your entropy and upgrade your consciousness. The more conscious you are, the more energy you can manipulate. You may have either positive or negative Karma.
Why you have Karma: According to ancient wisdom, Karma plays a dominant role in your life. It determines the course of life. Actually speaking, Karma doesn't have any connection with punishment, vengeance or retribution. It works as a guiding mechanism to keep you on the right track. Karma is actually your friend. Life gives you a chance to be positively or negatively polarized, and it's based on the choices you make. You get what you deserve rather than what you want. The World is holographic and exactly works like a mirror. Karma acts like the mirror you have.
How Karma works: This is where most of you get it complex. Karma is based on the mentality you have when you do something. If your mindset with your action is focused on the Service to Others you will have positive Karma accumulated. When you have your mindset with your action focused on the Self Service, whatever you do, you are gaining Negative Karma. For example, a soldier in a war doesn't get any Negative Karma even though he is killing as the focus is on the service to others. Know the fact that nothing happens in the quantum field if someone is born or dead, because it's simply the expansion or contraction in space and the energy remains to be the same. The change happens only through evolution. But if you premeditate someone's murder simply for your selfish gains you get the Negative Karma even without committing the act. Karma is always connected with your thought process. Your negative thoughts result in negative karmic background even without doing any action. Your thought produces electric energy. When you mix thought with emotion it's pure electromagnetic energy created, which is highly effective. This is how you produce results when you bless or curse someone.
The Karmic Reincarnation: Reincarnation takes place either because of your negative Karma or the mission you left unachieved. Sometimes, your soul can't bear the effects of your Negative Karma in the present life, if it is so intensive. In such a situation, it's getting extended to your next life. It means that you have to be reborn again to bear the negative effects of Karma you accumulated in the previous life time. Actually speaking, it's the choice you make for yourself and god does not have any role in it. You, yourself are full of god being experienced. After your death, your spirit gets fully awakened and it burns with regret if you have caused higher entropy to your system while living. For example if you have had a very rich, self centric life in which you helped nobody and abused many, when your Spirit is awakened (after death), you volunteer to correct the entropy, getting ready to be reincarnated in a very poor family. This is how you volunteer to get to know more about a poor person's life and get lessons and lower the entropy. The Negative Karmic background makes your Spirit choose different incarnations to get over it. This is why some people suffer more, being handicapped, poor or unhealthy. Your birth related anomalies, diseases, disabilities, deformities and difficulties are the signature that you have chosen a life of suffering, bearing the negative karmic effects from the previous birth cycle. In other words, you have been willing to suffer this time as a form of repentance for your negative thoughts and actions (Negative Karma), you had from your previous birth. Negative karma always necessitates your reincarnation with the same density of consciousness. Negative Karma is the reason why some people are killed before they build up their lives properly. The severe negative effects of Karma make you suffer this life time or next. Your Karmic lessons are repeated until you learn. Negative Karma, makes you have different incarnations on the Earth or the planets of the same density several times, making you trapped until you get the lessons corrected. Reincarnation is actually based on the choice you make to correct your Entropy. With negative karmic background you can't graduate into the higher densities of consciousness.
How to defuse Negative Karma:
A) Get away from the Negative Thoughts: Evolution of a pitch of energy or your spirit can happen both negatively and positively. But a negatively polarized evolution makes you always a sufferer. The negative path is always the one with a lot of disorganization, power struggle, tough competition, mutual conflicts or wars. The negative orientation makes you a sufferer until you get positively polarized. The negative orientation makes you divided and subdivided, when the positive one makes you more powerful as it's of ultimate unity with cooperation, collaboration, mutual help, respect and love. Start your day with a 5- minute meditation with the reaffirmation that you will never be negatively polarized. This is the strongest possible re-programing technique you apply to rewire your brain. This is the practice through which you get the subliminally accumulated negativity from within, obliterated. Understand the fact that negative thoughts always generate negative actions. So, you are going to cut the root itself.
B) Nurture the Service to Others Mentality: When you have a self centered life span, you are forming the negative karmic background. When you promote a life, based on the service to others, with zero expectations, your life not only goes successful, but you get positively polarized also, necessitating your evolution into higher level of consciousness. You have to learn how to understand people's situations and act accordingly. Nobody is inferior or superior to you. Everyone is unique the way they are. Do whatever help possible to others. Support people emotionally. Keep yourself away from the negative network of people as you are likely to get negatively polarized. Encourage people always. A little positive smile or appreciation or whole hearted support from your part brings drastic changes in others lives. Be inspiring and it is what makes your life worth living. Practice forgiveness.
C) Get away with the Karmic Entrapment of Life: Karmic entrapment leaves you a sufferer for a long time. It's like you are going to the same room again and again several times endlessly when there are plenty of rooms available. Having positive karmic background is the only solution. Positive karmic background helps you get evolved fast. It makes you capable of having even liberation which is the state, where you keep yourself outside simulation, becoming free from the cycles of birth, death and rebirth and getting united with the super conscious pervasive energy throughout the Universe (God). The practice of love helps you acquire positive Karma. You are powerful enough to use your free will to nullify the effects of your negative karma from the previous birth cycle as well.
Karma Is Not Punishment: It Is a Mirror
Karma is one of the most misunderstood concepts in spirituality. Most people live in fear of it. They see it as a cosmic judge, waiting to strike them down for their mistakes. They believe that every wrong action will be punished, every mistake will be avenged, every sin will be repaid with suffering. But this is not karma. This is fear. This is misunderstanding. This is a projection of human judgment onto a universe that operates on a completely different principle.
Karma is not punishment. Karma is a mirror. It reflects back to you what you have put out. Not to punish, but to teach. Not to harm, but to heal. Not to destroy, but to awaken. When you understand this, everything changes. You stop fearing karma. You start learning from it. You stop running from your reflection. You start looking at it. You start growing.
The law of karma is simple. Every action, every thought, every intention creates a vibration. That vibration radiates outward. It interacts with the universe. And it returns to you. This is not a system of reward and punishment. It is a system of reflection and learning. It is the universe showing you who you are. It is the cosmos holding up a mirror to your soul.
We explore karma from both scientific and spiritual perspectives. We will understand what karma truly is. We will discover how it operates in your life. We will examine the scientific principles that correlate with this ancient wisdom. And we will learn how to work with karma consciously to transform your life.
What You Give, You Receive
This is the foundational truth of karma. What you give, you receive. Not because the universe is keeping score. Not because there is a cosmic accountant recording your every deed. But because the universe operates on the principle of resonance. What you emit, you attract. What you radiate, you receive.
When you give love, you receive love. Not always from the same person. Not always in the same form. But the vibration of love that you emit returns to you. It may come as kindness from a stranger. It may come as a deeper sense of peace within yourself. It may come as opportunities that align with the energy of love.
When you give anger, you receive anger. When you give fear, you receive fear. When you give judgment, you receive judgment. This is not punishment. It is reflection. The universe is showing you what you are emitting. It is holding up a mirror to your consciousness.
Scientific Correlation: Newton's Third Law
Newton's Third Law of Motion states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This is a fundamental law of physics. It governs the physical world. And it also governs the spiritual world. Every action you take creates a reaction. Every vibration you emit creates a corresponding vibration in the universe. This is the science of karma.
Spiritual Significance
Karma is not a system of reward and punishment. It is a system of cause and effect. Every cause creates an effect. Every action creates a consequence. The universe is not judging you. It is reflecting you. When you understand this, you stop fearing karma. You start working with it. You start choosing your actions wisely. You start emitting the vibrations you wish to receive.
Karma Reflects Your Inner State, Not Your Worth
Karma is not a measure of your worth. It is not a judgment of your soul. It is not a cosmic scorecard that determines whether you are good or bad. Karma is a reflection of your inner state. It shows you what you are carrying inside. It reveals your beliefs, your fears, your desires, and your patterns.
When you experience difficulty in your life, it is not because you are being punished. It is because your inner state is creating your outer reality. Your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs—they shape your experience. They attract circumstances that resonate with their frequency. If you are carrying fear, you attract fearful situations. If you are carrying love, you attract loving situations. If you are carrying lack, you attract scarcity.
This is not a judgment. It is a mirror. The universe is showing you what you are holding inside. It is giving you an opportunity to see yourself clearly. And when you see yourself clearly, you can change. You can heal. You can transform.
Scientific Correlation: Mirror Neurons
Mirror neurons are brain cells that fire both when you perform an action and when you observe someone else performing the same action. They are the neurological basis of empathy, imitation, and social learning. They allow you to understand others by simulating their experiences within your own brain.
From a spiritual perspective, mirror neurons reflect the truth of karma. What you see in others is a reflection of yourself. What you judge in others is what you judge in yourself. What you love in others is what you love in yourself. The outer world is a mirror of the inner world. When you understand this, you stop projecting. You start reflecting. You start looking inward. You start healing.
Spiritual Significance
Karma is not about punishment. It is about reflection. It is the universe showing you who you are. It is not judging you. It is revealing you. When you understand this, you stop taking karma personally. You stop seeing yourself as a victim. You start seeing yourself as a student. You start learning from your reflection. You start growing.
Karma Teaches, Not Punishes
The purpose of karma is not punishment. It is teaching. Every experience, every challenge, every difficulty is a lesson. The universe is not trying to hurt you. It is trying to teach you. It is trying to show you what you need to learn. It is trying to guide you toward growth.
When you experience pain, it is not because you deserve it. It is because there is something to learn. When you experience loss, it is not because you are being punished. It is because there is something to release. When you experience difficulty, it is not because the universe is against you. It is because there is something to overcome.
Karma is a teacher. It is patient. It is persistent. It will keep teaching you the same lesson until you learn it. It will keep showing you the same pattern until you break it. It will keep reflecting the same truth until you see it. This is not cruelty. This is love. This is the universe refusing to give up on you.
Scientific Correlation: Neuroplasticity
Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. It is the scientific basis of learning, memory, and personal transformation. Every time you learn something new, your brain physically changes. Every time you break a habit, your brain rewires itself. Every time you heal, your brain creates new pathways.
From a spiritual perspective, neuroplasticity reflects the truth of karma. Repeated patterns become destiny. If you repeat the same thoughts, the same emotions, the same actions, you create the same life. But if you change the pattern, you change the karma. If you rewire your brain, you rewire your reality. This is the science of transformation. This is the power of conscious choice.
Spiritual Significance
Karma is not a punishment. It is a teacher. It is not here to hurt you. It is here to help you. It is not here to break you. It is here to build you. When you understand this, you stop resisting your lessons. You start embracing them. You start learning from them. You start growing from them. You start transforming.
Your Life Is a Reflection of Your Consciousness
This is the ultimate truth of karma. Your life is a reflection of your consciousness. Your outer world is a mirror of your inner world. Your circumstances are a reflection of your state of being. Your relationships are a reflection of your relationship with yourself. Your experiences are a reflection of your beliefs.
When you change your consciousness, your life changes. When you shift your inner state, your outer world shifts. When you heal your wounds, your relationships heal. When you release your fears, your circumstances change. This is not magic. It is the law of resonance. It is the science of vibration. It is the truth of karma.
Scientific Correlation: Emotional Contagion
Emotional contagion is the phenomenon where emotions spread from person to person. It is the reason why you feel uplifted when you are around happy people. It is the reason why you feel drained when you are around negative people. Emotions are contagious. They are vibrations that radiate outward and affect those around you.
From a spiritual perspective, emotional contagion reflects the truth of karma. What you emit, you attract. What you radiate, you receive. If you radiate love, you attract love. If you radiate fear, you attract fear. If you radiate peace, you attract peace. Your vibration is your magnet. Your consciousness is your reality.
Scientific Correlation: Quantum Entanglement
Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon where two particles remain connected regardless of distance. When one particle changes, the other changes instantly, even if they are light-years apart. This is a scientific fact. It has been proven repeatedly. And it has profound implications for our understanding of reality.
From a spiritual perspective, quantum entanglement reflects the truth of karma. Your actions affect the whole. The whole affects you. You are not separate from the universe. You are interconnected. You are entangled. What you do to others, you do to yourself. What you send out, you receive back. This is not poetry. It is physics. It is the science of oneness.
Scientific Correlation: Law of Resonance
The law of resonance states that vibrations attract similar vibrations. When you strike a tuning fork, it causes another tuning fork of the same frequency to vibrate. This is a fundamental law of physics. It governs sound, light, and energy. And it governs karma.
From a spiritual perspective, the law of resonance is the law of karma. You attract what you vibrate. You receive what you emit. You become what you radiate. This is not a system of punishment. It is a system of resonance. The universe is not judging you. It is matching you. It is reflecting you. It is showing you what you are.
Spiritual Significance
Your life is a reflection of your consciousness. When you understand this, you stop blaming others. You stop blaming circumstances. You stop blaming the universe. You start taking responsibility. You start looking inward. You start changing yourself. And when you change yourself, your life changes. This is the secret of karma. This is the power of consciousness.
Karma is not punishment. It is a mirror. What you give, you receive. Karma reflects your inner state, not your worth. Karma teaches, not punishes. Your life is a reflection of your consciousness.
The scientific correlations confirm what the ancient sages have always known. Newton's Third Law. Mirror neurons. Neuroplasticity. Emotional contagion. Quantum entanglement. The law of resonance. All of them point to the same truth. The universe is not a system of reward and punishment. It is a system of reflection and resonance.
When you understand this, everything changes. You stop fearing karma. You start learning from it. You stop running from your reflection. You start looking at it. You stop seeing yourself as a victim. You start seeing yourself as a student. You stop resisting your lessons. You start embracing them.
Karma is not your enemy. It is your teacher. It is not here to punish you. It is here to show you. It is here to teach you. It is here to help you grow. Look into the mirror. Learn from what you see. And transform.
The choice is yours. You can live in fear of karma. Or you can live in awareness of it. You can see it as punishment. Or you can see it as a mirror. You can resist it. Or you can work with it. You can suffer. Or you can grow.
The mirror is always there. The question is whether you will look into it.
The Saturnine Perspective on Karma as a Mirror
Karma is like a mirror reflecting your actions back to you. Saturn teaches that by understanding this principle, you can take responsibility for your actions and make conscious choices that create positive outcomes. The Saturnine approach is to treat karma as a guide, not a punishment. By observing the results of your actions, you can adjust your behaviour and align more closely with your true values. Karma is not your enemy — it is a teacher.
The Role of Intent in Karmic Accumulation
Intent is the key to karmic accumulation. Saturn teaches that it is not just your actions, but the intention behind them that determines the karmic outcome. Acting with love and service creates positive karma, while acting with selfishness and harm creates negative karma. The Saturnine practice is to cultivate pure intention in all your actions, ensuring that your karma supports your growth and evolution. Intent is the seed of karma — sow wisely.
The Connection Between Karma and Spiritual Evolution
Karma is a tool for spiritual evolution. Saturn teaches that karma provides the feedback necessary for growth. By learning from your karmic experiences, you can refine your consciousness and move closer to liberation. The Saturnine way is to see karma as a valuable teacher, not a burden. Each experience offers an opportunity to learn and evolve. By embracing this perspective, you can transform your relationship with karma and accelerate your spiritual growth.
Practical Tips for the Reader
To defuse negative karma, start by cultivating awareness of your thoughts and actions. Practice meditation to develop mental clarity and intentionality. Focus on service to others, acting with compassion and generosity. Forgive yourself and others for past mistakes. Use your free will to make conscious choices that align with your highest values. Remember that karma is not destiny — it is a mirror that reflects your choices. By making conscious choices aligned with love and service, you can create positive karma that supports your growth and evolution. Here is a simple practice to work with karma consciously. At the end of each day, take a few moments to reflect. Ask yourself three questions. What did I give today? What did I receive today? What did I learn today? Do not judge yourself. Do not criticize yourself. Just observe. Notice the connection between what you give and what you receive. Notice the patterns. Notice the lessons. Over time, you will begin to see your life as a mirror. You will begin to understand that your outer world is a reflection of your inner state. And when you change your inner state, your outer world changes with it. This is the secret of karma. It is not a punishment. It is a mirror. Look into it. Learn from it. And transform. Do this daily. And watch your life transform.
