And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge. How to live in the present?
How to stop your fear of death? Well, it's 100% possible and you can do that all by yourself. Thanatophobia is the term, used to refer to the fear of death or a fear of the dying process. It's natural that you are likely to get worried about your health when you are aged or before being aged. People also get worried about their friends or relatives who have gone. But, for some of you, it's a psychological problem, where you find yourself with the symptoms like frequent panic attacks, increased anxiety, sweating, dizziness, heart palpitations, nausea, stomach pain and sensitivity to hot or cold temperatures. Thanatophobia, is the psychological disorder which is likely to get worse moving on and you are likely to have different emotional outbursts like anger, sadness, agitation, guilt or persistent worry and there will be a tendency to avoid
friends and family for long periods of time and prefer to have more secluded life style which causes a whole lot of further problems. It appears that men and women experience Thanatophobia, when they are in their 20s and a secondary spike of Thanatophobia starts developing in their 50s. People who are less humble or people with some physical problems tend to get worried about their death.
What you have to do: Acknowledge the fact that you are way beyond your body. You have come to a simulative system where everything is simply the part of illusion. It's a voluntary game, you play to get evolved and your aim is to have liberation which makes you united with god. Death marks the end of your one opportunity to get evolved, the duration of which you have already fixed. But still you are capable of making your life span longer than the fixed duration by using your free will, given the right environment. The simulative game works exactly like a grading system where you are given plenty of chances to finish a grade. You can repeat the same grade until you get it successfully finished. Liberation is your graduation ceremony. You eventually get graduated to be God. Yes, you are on a journey to be God. After death, your true self (Spirit) becomes more alive as it lies dormant while living unless activated. Fortify yourself with the practice of meditation daily for 5 minutes. Do meditate with the reaffirmation or inner visualization that you are an eternal being and are the part of the Universe. You can also practice astral projection which makes you aware about the fact that you are not simply your body. You are a spiritual being who's here just to get evolved.
Know that death is simply another word for a new beginning: After your death, you regain your real consciousness and make your life review and chooses your next birth cycle, according to the entropy, you had with your soul formation. This is what happens on the other side. You are coming out with a new avatar, as if you have just changed your clothes. Nothing is new. You were out there, even before the Creation began, you will be out there forever.
The Saturnine Perspective on Death as Transition
Death is not an end — it is a transition. Saturn teaches that life and death are two sides of the same cycle. Just as you were born into this life, you will be born into the next. The fear of death arises from identifying too strongly with the body. When you recognise that you are not your body, but a spirit having a human experience, the fear of death begins to dissolve. Death is not a loss — it is a return to your true nature.
The Role of Awareness in Overcoming the Fear of Death
The fear of death is ultimately a fear of the unknown. By expanding your awareness and understanding the nature of consciousness, you can reduce this fear. Practices like meditation, astral projection, and self-inquiry can help you experience the reality of your non-physical nature. The more you know yourself as spirit, the less you fear the death of the body. Awareness is the antidote to fear.
The Connection Between Fear of Death and Attachment
Fear of death often stems from attachment — to your body, your loved ones, your possessions, or your identity. By cultivating detachment, you can reduce this fear. Detachment is not about indifference — it is about recognising that you are not these things. You are the awareness behind them. When you let go of attachment, you free yourself from the fear of loss and embrace the flow of life.
