Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. What's your movement?

How to make time for yourself?

What's your movement? Well, Everything about you is meant here. It's very important because everything is moving. Movement is the basic principle behind Creation. In other words, movement means change. Nothing else. Change is the only thing in the universe that doesn't have a change. Whatever else is changing. You are changing every single moment. You are a new person every single moment. This is how your biochemistry works. Just have a look.

What movement is: Movement is the act or process of moving or changing people or things from one place or position to another. The act of moving your body or a part of your body or changing your mentality; everything is the move you make. Everything is moving. The Earth is moving around the Sun in a very nearly circular orbit. It covers this route at a speed of nearly 30 kilometers per second, or 67,000 miles per hour. In addition, the Solar System including the Earth and the Sun whirls around the center of the Galaxy at some 220 kilometers per second, or 490,000 miles per hour. That means that you are moving freaking fast even though you are sleeping or sitting. But why can't you feel the Earth moving? Well, it's because you're all moving with it, at the same constant speed. The Earth spins on its axis once every 24-hours. Light travels at a speed of 299,792 kilometers per second; 186,287 miles per second. The light takes 499.0 seconds to travel from the Sun to the Earth. The Earth's rocks and the mountains are also subject to some sort of movement due to the processes like Erosion Earth movement and Weathering, which is comparatively slower. Births and deaths, creation and destruction happen every single second. Movement makes everything possible. Movement is the process through which Creation is done, expanded, destroyed and recycled. Everything including you is the pure conscious vibratory energy which is never lost but converted and recycled as the part of Creation. This is how you are an eternal being.

What your movement is: Your movement is the combination of both the physical and mental moves you have.

Physical movement: What is happening when you move physically? Well, The brain sends signals via the nervous system, including the spinal cord and nerves, to the muscles. The muscles then contract to create movement. Your muscles work in conjunction with tendons and joints which help your muscles move your skeletal bones to accomplish movement. Movement is always the result of cooperation. Cooperation, not competition or conflict, is the purpose behind Creation. Movement is 100% necessary for you to keep your system intact. You have to regularize your movement for the better results. It's nothing but the exercise you have to do. Your physical movement affects everything, from blood circulation to digestion to metabolism to immunity. With movement, your body regulates hormone activity, detoxify and respire. Regular physical movement can reduce your stress, depression and anxiety, leading to a feeling of well-being. Every single day you are making the Cellular Movement even without your knowledge.

What your mental movement is: It's nothing but the move you make to change the way you are. It can be done through the practice of mediation  and this is how you can utilize your bioplasticity to change the way your biochemistry works. Always learn to share. You have come here to share rather than to hide. Avoid people with negative energy and always build your life around your passion. Your sympathy, empathy, help, service etc are the positive moves you make. Love is the greatest level of movement you can make. It's because Creation evolves only through love.
The Saturnine Perspective on Movement as Discipline

Movement is not just physical activity — it is a form of discipline. Saturn teaches that consistent, intentional movement is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health. When you move regularly, you are not just exercising your body — you are training your mind to stay focused, resilient, and adaptable. This is why movement is foundational to a disciplined life. It is not optional — it is necessary for growth and well-being.

The Role of Movement in Mental and Emotional Health

Movement is not just about the body — it is also about the mind. Physical activity releases endorphins, reduces stress hormones, and improves mood. Regular movement helps you process emotions, clear your mind, and maintain mental clarity. This is why exercise is often recommended as part of treatment for depression and anxiety. Movement is medicine — but it is medicine you can take without a prescription.

The Connection Between Movement and Spiritual Growth

Movement is also a spiritual practice. When you move with intention — whether through yoga, walking meditation, or conscious breathing — you connect your body, mind, and spirit. This integration is essential for spiritual growth. Movement helps you stay grounded in your body while expanding your awareness. It is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. By moving consciously, you honour the sacredness of your body and your existence.

Practical Tips for the Reader

To incorporate more movement into your life, start by finding activities you enjoy. Walking, stretching, yoga, or dancing are all effective forms of movement. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week. Take breaks from sitting throughout the day — stand, stretch, or walk for a few minutes every hour. Use movement as a way to clear your mind and reduce stress. Practice mindful movement — pay attention to how your body feels as you move. Remember that movement is not just about physical fitness — it is about mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual connection.
