Comparing to other organisms, humans need more coaching in everything in relation to life including eating, family planning and even copulation. The spiritual reason behind it is that a soul acquires the level of knowledge only in terms of the employment of consciousness. And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. How to behave yourself?

How to learn faster?

How to behave? Well, Most of you actually speaking, don't even know how to behave! The way you behave really matters and it's actually what determines the course of your life. Humans, even though they have intellectual caliber, need to be trained in all most all aspects of life. Just have a look.

What your behavior is: Behavior is nothing but the way you act or respond. Behavior refers to actions usually measured by commonly accepted standard. Everybody misbehaves from time to time, but a few easy steps can lead to more self-control and fewer outbursts. It's definitely possible to learn how to behave yourself in common, social situations and how to improve your mindset and lifestyle. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Know that you are the creator of your reality: The way you behave really matters because the World is holographic and exactly works like a mirror. You get back only what you put out rather than what you want. Humans by nature are programmable and can be manipulated. If you show servile behavior to others you will have bossy treatment from many others and it happens because you let that happen without your knowledge. Be strong and be ready to speak up whenever you think it's needed. Stay stuck to your goals no matter what others say. You know what? You can't please everyone together. The Creation is always different and nobody can be the same as you are. You are unique the way you are and try to maintain your uniqueness always. It's important that you try to control your noise level and you can do that with some practice. If you feel that you are getting yourself louder, stop yourself and take a deep breath. If you have such a practice going on, you will definitely have the effective outcome. In most situations, cursing and loud bickering is inappropriate. You can easily avoid pointless arguments and critical statements. Generally speaking, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it. Always remember that you create your reality which actually doesn't support you and you are the one who supports your reality instead. And you can change the reality anytime you want.

Step 2: Be respectful and polite always: Actually speaking, the Universe doesn't bear anything valueless. Whatever you see here does have it's own value. So nobody is inferior or superior. If you think you are superior to someone it's because of your ego which is the distorted projection of your brain. Your brain is bipolar and deceptive by nature unfortunately. Your vision is the result of the signal you receive from the brain. It is not correct always. There are things like bacteria or virus you can't see. You can't hear a dog whistle either. That doesn't mean that these things don't exist. This happens because your brain is a limited tool as it gives you the signals through misperception. Your consciousness is filtered. You can reprogram the brain the way you want through a 5- minute, regular mediation in which you instill yourself with more confidence. This is the first step, you do to get your spirit activated and this is how you have muscle memory about what you have to do in this regard. Your misbehavior comes from your loss of self-control. You can improve self control by practice.

Step 3: Body language mattersBody language is a type of a nonverbal communication in which you use your physical behaviors to express or convey the information rather than words. Your eye movement, body posture, body movement, facial expressions, or gestures can be responsible for your body language. When you greet people, always have a wholehearted smile on. Even the pleasant smile, you have, can change people's mood or attitude towards you. Never keep grinning always and try to smile according to the situation. Don't break your eye contact instantly when you have a conversation. Give your undivided attention whatever you do. Stop the mis-behavioral ways of fidgeting, scratching, biting nails etc. Use your hands always when you speak. Never keep hands crossed when you talk as it shows your boredom. Always try to be polite and promote pleasant conversation. Don't make a mess when you eat and always use a napkin. Maintain good behavioral pattern at work with right attitude. Commit to your work goals, and act professionally always. The workplace is usually not the time to make jokes and goof off. Always say 'Thank you' and dress appropriately for the occasion. Remember that your behavior isn't just your actions but it's your overall presence. You can follow time management, so that you get some free time for yourself.

Step 5: An intentional reorganization of lifeWhen you reorganize your life the way you want, it's going to be reflected on your character and behavior as well. Try to have a full night's sleep at any cost. When you have sleep deprivation, it's going to adversely affect the way your brain works and drains your brain's pre-frontal cortex of glucose which fuels self-control. Your sleep is the process by which your body replenishes glucose levels. Without enough sleep, your body may not physically be equipped for self-control, as a result, you start to misbehave. You will have the tendency to be angry for no apparent reason. When you lose self control, it results in your misbehavior for sure. Never ever try to impose your anger or bad mood upon someone else who doesn't have anything to do with that. Moreover the habit of smoking, having drugs and alcohol impair your decision-making faculties, making you lose control further. Regular exercise of any sort can definitely boost up your self-control.  When you do your exercise, an increased blood flow together with oxygen is pushed to the pre-frontal cortex of your brain which is responsible for self-control. Any form of exercise for at least 30 minutes per day is recommended. Meditation is nothing but your regular mental exercise, where you reprogram your brain with positive affirmations. Your psychological health, confidence, and social maturity can be improved by meditation. Use love as your tool to function always.

Step 6: Get away with your inhibitions: There is no need for you to be shy or less confident. You are less confident because you are not aware about yourself. You are living with humans who are just like you. Nobody is special. Everyone is unique the way they are. Everyone does have mistakes and problems. Mistakes are the opportunities for you to improve further. Live always at the moment. Act on your passion. And respond actively whenever needed. There are a lot of talents within you and most of them are simply lying dormant. Dig them up and take them out and express your talents in front of society. Never think that you are not beautiful or good enough to perform. Actually speaking, your performance makes you more beautiful, famous and much better. Be service oriented whatever you do, which is going to nullify the effects of your negative karma, thereby making you successful quickly. This is how you mark your name. Use your skills for the betterment of society. Every single one of you has been born with a lot special skills. Come to your true self. Create your world in such a way that many get guided and inspired. Lead your society to the next stage of human evolution. Know that you have already got an impatient audience waiting for you.

The Saturnine Perspective on Behavioral Discipline

Behavior is not just about manners — it is about discipline. Saturn teaches that self-control is the foundation of all effective behavior. When you act impulsively, you are not expressing your true self — you are reacting to external stimuli without awareness. True behavior is deliberate, intentional, and aligned with your values. This requires practice. The more you practice self-control in small situations, the more prepared you are to handle larger challenges with grace and integrity.

The Role of Self-Awareness in Behavior

Self-awareness is the foundation of good behavior. When you understand your own triggers, patterns, and emotional responses, you are better equipped to choose how you react. This is not about suppressing emotions — it is about responding consciously rather than reacting automatically. The more aware you are, the more control you have over your behavior. Awareness transforms reaction into response.

The Connection Between Behavior and Karma

Your behavior creates your karma. Every action you take sends a ripple into the world that eventually returns to you. When you act with kindness, integrity, and respect, you create positive karma that supports your growth and well-being. When you act with aggression, dishonesty, or disrespect, you create negative karma that will eventually come back to you. This is not about punishment — it is about cause and effect. Your behavior is the cause. Your life is the effect.
