And a soul's progression in life is specifically based on the level of the core vibrational value, it maintains. In other words, when you raise your vibrational value, your entire life goes changed with the expansion of your consciousness, plus the enhancement of your knowledge.  Who are the coaches : Even though, you yourself are the real coach in your life, you require guidance, tips and tricks in a simulated life pattern. How to keep yourself intact?...

Have you ever wondered how you can keep yourself intact? Well, It's so easy and so simple, but if you make it complex, it simply lies complex. It can be done through the following ways so simply. A strong body is definitely necessary for you to live a good life. The control of your body is in your hands. You can change the shape of your body through exercise and make it function more effectively through a healthy diet. You can even program your brain as your brain can't understand the difference between imagination and your real experience. This is how you can plan the way your biochemistry works.

1) Oxygenation: It's nothing but your deep inhalation and exhalation. When you keep your cells oxygenated, you are indirectly boosting your immunity system up. Do it at least seven to nine times anytime you want either in the morning or in the evening. You try to be so close to Nature, that time, as plants and trees always help you in this regard. When you practice deep breathing it slows your heart rate down, reducing blood pressure. It appears that slow breathing stimulates the Vagus nerve in such a way that it reduces your feelings of anxiety or tension. Deep breathing improves the way your lungs function as well.

2) Hydration: It means that you are supposed to take plenty of water. Never wait until you go thirsty as it's the last signal your body gives you. The Hydration helps you get away from the toxic accumulation inside your body, promoting urination. Proper hydration regulates body temperature, keeps joints lubricated, prevents infections, delivers nutrients to cells, and keeps organs functioning properly. Water intake improves your mood and sleep quality. It increases energy and relieves fatigue. Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. It can promote weight loss and improve skin complexion.

3) Regularized Movement: It's 100% very important. It means nothing but the fact that you are supposed to do regular exercise of your choice every day, be it walking or whatever else you like.

4) Focus on you,not on life: Program yourself through meditation, to be more confident and peaceful. Practice love to achieve your heart and brain coherence. Your body starts to self heal given the right environment. Maintain a healthy diet. Your past is done and future can be changed according to the level of energy you maintain, what you need to do is enjoy your present as much as you can.

The Power of the Breath

Oxygenation is not just about breathing — it is about regulating your nervous system. When you breathe deeply, you signal to your body that you are safe. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest and digestion. Over time, this practice reduces baseline anxiety and improves your ability to handle stress. Your breath is the most accessible tool you have. Use it.

The Role of the Mind

Your brain does not distinguish between what is real and what is vividly imagined. This is why visualisation works. When you imagine yourself calm, confident, and healthy, your brain releases neurochemicals that support that state. This is not self-deception — it is self-programming. Use this consciously. Visualise your success, your health, and your peace. Your body will follow.

The Environment You Choose

You are not separate from your environment. The air you breathe, the water you drink, and the people you surround yourself with all shape your state. Choose to be close to nature — it is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Trees and plants support your oxygenation, and natural spaces reduce your stress hormones. Your healing does not happen in isolation — it happens in relationship with your environment.

The Discipline of Emotional Energy

Most people focus on the physical body and forget the emotional body. But your emotions are energy in motion. When you suppress them, they stagnate. When you ignore them, they control you from the shadows. Keeping yourself intact requires emotional discipline. This does not mean forcing positivity or pretending you are fine when you are not. It means feeling what is there without becoming it. You can be angry without being anger. You can be sad without being sadness. The key is awareness. When an emotion rises, do not push it away. Do not cling to it. Observe it. Breathe into it. Let it move through you. This is how emotional energy is released instead of stored. Over time, this practice builds emotional resilience. You become less reactive and more responsive. You stop being a slave to your moods and become their witness. This is not detachment. This is freedom. Your emotional body is just as important as your physical body. Train it daily.

The Principle of Energetic Boundaries

You cannot keep yourself intact if you are constantly absorbing the energy of others. Every person you meet carries a vibrational signature. Some are uplifting. Some are draining. Without boundaries, you become a sponge for everything around you. This is why empaths often feel exhausted after social interactions. They are not weak. They are unguarded. Energetic boundaries are not walls. They are filters. You do not shut the world out. You choose what you let in. The simplest way to set an energetic boundary is through intention. Before entering any crowded space or difficult conversation, silently affirm: "I release what is not mine. I keep what serves me." Visualize a soft light around your body. Not a barrier. A filter. This practice takes seconds but saves hours of exhaustion. Your energy is precious. Protect it with intention, not isolation.

The Secret of Autonomic Alignment

Your autonomic nervous system controls everything that keeps you alive. Heartbeat. Digestion. Breathing. Hormone release. Most people believe this system runs on autopilot and cannot be influenced. This is false. Through breath, focus, and emotional regulation, you can consciously influence your autonomic state. This is the foundation of heart-brain coherence. When your heart and brain are in alignment, your body shifts from survival mode to healing mode. Stress hormones drop. Immune function improves. Mental clarity sharpens. The practice is simple. Sit quietly. Breathe slowly. Focus on the area behind your heart. Feel a genuine emotion of gratitude or peace. Stay here for a few minutes. This is not meditation in the traditional sense. This is autonomic training. It reprograms your nervous system to default to calm instead of chaos. The more you practice, the more stable you become. This is how you keep yourself intact from the inside out.

Practical Tip to Follow

The 5-Minute Morning Reset:

Every morning, before you check your phone, sit quietly for 5 minutes.

1. Take 7 deep breaths — inhale through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth.
2. Drink one full glass of water.
3. Stretch your arms, neck, and back.
4. Say one affirmation: "I am intact. I am present. I am enough."

This simple routine grounds your body, oxygenates your cells, and sets a Saturnine tone for the day.
